That was my favorite as well, the weight distribution was just impossible to find anywhere else. And I love the + but it just felt a bit too far away from that Outlier snap. Seeing the ring change and the diameter decrease was all I needed to hit "buy". I've got all the Outliers except 1 and I love comparing them. Are we going to get a Gold colorway? 0:16 The answer’s simple, the outer rim features a different design structure like OG Draupnir. Additionally when you perform horizontal tricks, the yoyo’s profile appears slightly elongated unlike on the Outlier +. Problem solved! 🤣 By the way, your new yoyo can definitely compete with the YYR Savage 55 in terms of its bold, wide profile. It’s great to see this generation embracing such adventurous designs and I reckon you'll make a 7068 nxt year to fix the issue of the 7075 😉

Brandon! Thank you, I just bought the Outlier 5/Xenon pack! I've been saying since the + came out that the only complaint I had was how blocky it felt. I loved how it played, but it was just a bit too far from feeling like the Outlier 3. As soon as I saw the rims, I instantly left the video and just bought it lol you've already sold me on it 😂 and hey just a request, please have a Gold colorway like the 3 had, that's my favorite Outlier colorway and I'll get one of those too lol either way, thank you so much for this improvement! 💯👏🏼💯👏🏼

Man this a huge jump from 50mm to 55mm and with an improve weight destribution i can tell the outlier 5 will be the best of the best and powerful. This gotta be the widdest bi-metal in history. At the start, you asked how you be always know if you have a new yo-yo so it all starts with the timing you generally make a new yo-yo about every year so after eight months of having your old competition yo-yo that’s when at least I start looking for it so next step I always check the competition videos that you were in there is generally very good cameras and lighting on the competition videos where you use that new yo-yo so that’s where I like to look. I found that Rocky Mountain regionals does good for finding new yo-yos however, it really depends, always see how you throw it in the competition if you do it like that we can see any differences in the yo-yo. We pause it at the very start of your throat so we can see any differences in the yo-yo. We compare sizes found out about your new yo-yo is on one of thecompetitions you were using new yo-yo I found somebody’s phone found the identical model and then found out about how wide the Yoyo was that I how I figured out your new Yoyo would be 54 to 57 mm and it was 55 so very close your welcome you know the ways of finding out new yo-yos

I wasn't trying to diminish that feeling, I just wanted you to know for sure that you still need that +. Like for me, these yoyos aren't made forever, so getting to have at least one of each model is important. I love to compare them as new ones come out. But if I know Brandon, he won't let them sell out and be extinct, there will be 5s available for the foreseeable future. Just look at the +, it's still available even though a new one is dropping. So just rest assured on that point at least, you'll get your hands on one. But in the meantime, I'm telling you, once you throw that +, you'll be happy you have it in the arsenal 💯 and again, not trying to take away from that feeling of missing out, that's just some bad luck and I get that one hundred percent 👍🏼 sorry for the essay btw 😂

Have you tried the Super Scintillator, out of curiosity? I haven't, but apparently that yoyo is 58mm wide, which sounds utterly INSANE to me and makes me wonder how well it plays, caus I feel like at some point adding more and more width must come with *some* downsides, right? Hey man, not a silly question at all. Honestly, if you're a total beginner; I wouldn't start with this. This is like learning to drive on a Lamborghini. If you want something that's good for beginners and also very wide I'd start off with a 'Plastic Cheatcode', that's 53mms wide, won't blow up the budget and can get you comfy with the basics as you progress to something more premium like an Outlier 5 later on.
