It looks like to me that he is holding back - he has changed, he is not the same Garret thanks to The Three and Sana... maybe he thinks he thinks he doesn´t deserve this, maybe it is in his mind what has he done, killed his father, almost killed Talon, Gwynn etc. But I think (and hope) he really likes her and as it is written below, it is just the beginning

I had a few thoughts about a Talon/Garrett baby (from storyline perspectives). How would a human/black blood baby be perceived.....chosen one or abomination. How would Zed, who is pining for Talon react....would he think the baby is his at first. How it would impact Talon and Garrett's relationship. It would make it harder for Talon to show off her awesome fighting skills so it may not be in the cards just yet.

I didn't ship them but I wouldn't have been disappointed. I honestly thought their love triangle would include Garrett possibly loosing the girls to each other. But I am happy for their friendship
