Got the game yesterday and I got put in a 20k queue. Decided to leave it on in the background while I did some stuff. It went on for almost 4hrs then I had to turn it off and go to sleep. Amazing gaming experience 11/10

Easily the best part about everybody getting disconnected was all the streamers watching other streamers play. It was like KarQ watching Emong watching Seagull watching Flats play.

From my time on the servers, this was the most fun I've had for overwatch in a while. The lack of shields everywhere was a nice change of pace and the new character updates made experimenting with them fun. I do like the new maps, cosmetics, and game modes. So far besides the absurd prices of shop items, the server errors and DDOS attacks, it was pretty fun

First impressions are very important and this has been a horrible one for them. I really enjoyed the one game I could squeeze in 26 hours after launch so I hope players stick around because once all this gets flattened out I see a really fun experience ahead

Im a big believer that teo is one of the greater content creators, but he's very localized. His content feels disconnected from everything else, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It just comes as a shock when you run into him anywhere other than his youtube or stream.

Reminds me of what happened with Ni no Kuni a couple months after release. I was on the pre registry for a week before release date, didn't spend a dime, and was at level 51 for player level but then one day it started to have server filling problems correlating with Twitch streamer ads on KZbin that made it go from 250 players in que to even sign in one hour to 500,000 players in a different hour. No, I'm not kidding, it soon went to over 600,000 the next day and people like me were deleting it from how bad the que line was. So really this is like a flashback to that. But it's expected, the game has been hyped up for months now and every content creator known has gotten early access for months so everyone under the sun will want to download it and get on servers. This is just why overhype can be dangerous, you have to balance it with something like larger server capacity or delays to get the best potential for it. Also, not make skin grabability as bad as paying over $1 mil for any 5-star item bundle in Diablo Immortal.

My ow2 experience: 2 hrs queue, none uses voice or text chat, can't find a group no more, game are ending so fast u can neither talk, nor just look at your stats... right now it is 5/10 for me. Kirko definitely needs some balancing there should be a bit of a delay on her shift, the instant escape is a little busted considering she's a support, her healing isnt crazy but her burst healing is really strong and obviously she is essentially zen damage wise. She is zen with more healing and an incredible escape and mobility.

Imma give it a few moments before I actually judge the game, I also understand that once a game launches servers can get overwhelmed. From what I did play I felt a little sad that my xp goes towards a tier system instead of a leveling up one. The battle pass doesn’t make too much sense to me as I was accustomed to overwatch loot boxes. Game play is fun but feels hollow since there isn’t a level up system or progress bar.

You also don’t earn any coins from the battle pass unlike other games where you can grind through it and earn enough coins to get the next season free. @@mentarium9741 How? They removed Overwatch 1 from the PlayStation store, which is what i play on. So it cannot be redownloaded. There was a time limit for how long you can merge accounts. And you earn no coins from the battle pass challenges or the battle pass itself. You only earn coins through weekly challenges and you get 60 at the most per week.
