It took me a moment to realize when the Collector says "the archivists aren't here. They couldn't have taken her" and "I don't want anyone else to go away. I don't want anyone else to go *missing* ". I think the Collector was putting together- not just what death means to mortals. But the fact his siblings didn't make the other Titan's dissapear/take them away and hide them and refuse to give them back. But the Archivists killed them all save for King and his dad. We have that confirmation given what the Collector told them about the Titan trappers 'were getting weird'. They were following the Archivists lead. Not the Collectors. Not to also mention (kinda obvious in hindsight) that The Collector now understands what he helped in what Belos wanted to do. He was partially responsible for aiding Phillip in committing genocide. All under the guise that the witches were like toys, that could be 'fixed when they break'. Collector finally got that needed reality check and doesn't want his newfound friends to suffer or get killed like all the others.

Of course when seeing someone you love dearly from the moment you met them die in front of you will make you more serious then EVER once someone you love dearly dies you don't feel anything but PURE BLOODLUST even eda was serious her new beast form was a combo of the owl beast in it's normal form mixed with motherly rage and when she said "I don't think I can control myself right now" means she let the owl beast take over as the beast is in edas soul so it has access to her memorys and since they have bonded luz means as much to it as she does to eda and king eda was put aside to mourn while the owl beast took FULL CONTROL (untill luz came back from the dead thanks to papa titan)

1. The collector not understanding what death is or at least not completely but witnessing it and was…I was so speechless, like that’s such a powerful scene. 2. Seeing eda and king become more powerful and more beastly was AWESOME!!! And heartbreaking, they’ve lost Luz and are immediately wanting to avenge her. She was so important to them. 3. It was so sweet of the collector to try to bring Luz back to life, which I’m sure he probably could’ve done if it wasn’t for probably Belos using titan magic, which actually cancels out the collector’s magic, if you remember from the previous episode. Either that or some Belos fungus got on him and that messed with his powers. Or maybe the collector doesn’t have the power to bring people back to life. Maybe… I know this was a long comment, BUT THIS FINALE WAS GAME CHANGING!!!!

I still get chills seeing King and Eda go Rage Mode, the former because this is the first time we see him truly *rage* and Eda because of the implications behind it. Yeah sure Eda is best Mom, we all know that, but the fact is even when her rage is at its peak despite her warning to Collector she never lashes out at him. This is only a theory but I think she’s both at her strongest _and in control_ because the Owl Beast is also enraged by Luz’s loss. This goes to show how much King and Eda really meant to Luz, the minute they saw her 'die' they just stood there, petrified. The minute they sprang into action, they felt nothing, nothing but pure, searing rage itching for revenge, wanting nothing but to kill the person who murdered their beloved friend they view as family, not caring about what happens to themselves in the process. Because of that this scene truly hit my feels and every moment of it was just both heartbreaking and heart touching at the same time. I could only imagine how Amity, Hunter, Gus, or Willow would react if they were in the same situation.
