People like this jerk shouldn't be allowed to own a pet ant. Abuse is no way to treat a innocent pup. There needs to be laws against animal abusers. This poor baby is scared to death. Then they have enough nerve to want an outrageous sum of money. to take this poor dog away . Breaks my heart to see animals treated so badly.
