A big idea is to put it a little bit Down, instead of a far down And make sure to add movement in the arms to make it more lifelike Kind of like how sometimes real bows look like

I’m ligit a animator and could give you like 80 tips rn 1. Don’t make the animation too basic. you might want to add more movement too make it look fluid 2. At the end of the animation either make it so when it go’s forward then back or make it go forward a little more 3. NEVER have any part of the body not move, such as my animations they have movement and look smooth 4. while animating and trying to do a fast movement you will want to make the 2nd frame almost the same as the other frame but slightly is the direction you want it to go, then you make the 3rd frame go far apart from the other frames. Then you could use some of the other tips :)

Something I thought I’d recommend adding to your animation is, since most of the characters have a weapon, the player could present it in front of whoever’s in front of the player while kneeling down as if you’re surrendering

Something i've always wanted to see in the strongest battlegrounds, Is a moonwalk emote. I think it'd be funny to have a gang of like 5 people moonwalking at once. And if it added a Micheal Jackson hat it would be epic. Just a suggestion if you decide to make more emotes! :D

Hey @Cbrah. Can you ask the owner to add dash finisher? The finisher need to be different like Saitama (The Strongest Hero) will hit the opponent hardly and the head will explode or something. Garou's dash finisher:His dash finisher will be not same as Saitama's dash finisher.. Garou will hit the opponent hardly too but the opponent will be bloody (turn on blood). Genos's dash finisher:(Genos will be a little bit special because he is the only cyborg in the game) So Genos will hit the opponent and then he will be like hold the opponent to burn the opponent. Sonic and Atomic Samurai dash finisher: (They dash finisher will be more simple) So, they will hit the opponent but then they will chop the opponent. Metal bat dash finisher: (Metal bat dash finisher will be more simple than every character in the game) He will hit the opponent hardly and slam it. I hope you read this and tell the developer.👍

the bow animation could be like : when he bows u could put the arms together and put the head a little bit up after that. next, u could do a fake side dash and then end it so the person whos fighting they can trick the other person and do a real side dash into a full combo :)

my only tip is to not make the bow go that far, you can even see it in sensei’s video, yours goes too far down, try watch the side profile of the bow in sensei’s video alot until you get the bow just right.

As a casual solo game dev for almost 6 years, I rate this animation… … a 4 out of 10. I know I may be a bit harsh in this, but this is solely me looking at it from a “critic’s” perspective. I myself have quite a bit of experience animating things and I have to admit that this simple bow is easily one of the smoothest animations I’ve seen from a newbie in a while. The only problem I have with it is how static the arms are and how the legs shift even though they should be in place during the bow. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing per say, but details matter when it comes to things. I know I’m nitpicking at it a bit, but the rise after the bow looks so bland that I could say you copied the standing frame and slapped it at the end. Another criticism I have is that the rising part of the animation feels rigid, like it moves almost in a linear way despite not actually being linear. I recommend changing the easing style and direction of the second to last keyframe to “Back” and “In” while also moving the last frame further to account for the speed difference. This will make the character tilt down slightly and push themselves back up to the standing position in a more smooth and energetic way. It’s also good to note that roblox animations, especially emotes, almost seem over exaggerated compared to actual real life movements. If it makes it any easier to understand, R6 characters don’t have many parts to work with, forcing animators to exaggerate movements and extend limbs to sometimes crazy extents off the body to make it look more expressive. Meanwhile, an R15 character’s animations tend to not have their limbs stray from their body simply because they’ll look off and animators don’t have to worry about extending any part to an unnecessary degree due to lack of options. That’s another reason why R6 and R15 animations look so different and that most would probably prefer R6 for their expressiveness and ease of use. The arms just straight up look boring, like they literally got almost no movement whatsoever. I’d expect to at least notice something, but I guess that’s how a bow works. For some serious advice, when making an animation, imagine every main pose your character will do and set those positions up first BEFORE tweaking anything. It’ll look rigid at first, obviously, but bare with me. Once your main poses are made, you can start making adjustments. Add poses in between your main poses. For simplicity’s sake, let’s call these poses: movement poses, as they are the poses that will move your character toward your desired positions. Make sure to get rid of or move any unnecessary main or movement poses if they ruin or make the animation feel stiff or off. At this point, you can start changing the easing styles and easing directions of your key frames (poses). This may take a long time, depending on how complex the animation is. If you need to add more movement poses to make the animation move in a better way, please do. After your adjustments are done, the animation should look a little weird. Don’t go changing anything just yet. At this point, you could consider your animation as being in its “rough draft” state. This is where the more time consuming part comes in. From here on out, you will basically repeat the last couple steps, adding, removing, moving, adjusting easing, etc. until you feel the animation has been completed. Obviously, this won’t work for everyone as everyone has a different animating style, but this is a great starting tactic you could implement to make better animations. A few more things. PLEASE and I mean PLEASE use the RIG SHADOW (or whatever it’s called). This thing helps with memorizing where your last pose is to make, change, or adjust the pose you’re trying to modify. With Moon Animator, the keybind for this feature would be “B” while selecting your rig. This will help a lot as you won’t have to repeatedly rewatch your animations and make adjustments constantly because the LEGS ARE OFF or something like that. If you need the legs to stay in place, press the keybind to enable the shadow at the point in the animation where the legs should be and match all later leg poses to that specific point until you don’t need to anymore. In all, that’s about everything I have to say about this animation. My advice isn’t the greatest as I’m not the best at explaining or teaching things, but I hope it’s at least a little understandable to a novice or even to a casual reader. I hope you enjoyed reading this absurdly long critique or found it amusing why I even bothered to write this much in a YT comment. Also, if you have the time to, I HEAVILY and I mean *HEAVILY* recommend learning how to use blender. The animation features make animating, especially in R6, *SO MUCH EASIER.* It’s a bit of a learning curve, but it is worth the time and effort. Once you get going, and trust me here, you’ll likely prefer blender for its ease of use (unless you decide to stick with moon or something else.) okay goodbye!
