Great talk. I think tennis players definitely get a head start. HOWEVER, whether that advantage actually pays off depends on willingness to adjust their technique, tactics and shot selection. It's all about having an open attitude to learning.

Great video. As someone who started playing padel in October of 2021 and has not only never played another racket sport but have played very few sports in general, I am struggling to be consistent with my positioning on the court during play. I feel fortunate that I do not have to break any tennis habits but I do feel there is a lot that i have to learn about being a teammate and where to be moment to moment on the court.
