Folks, let's calm down. Jeremiah did NOT say why this pitcher was required to remove his American flag. It had nothing to do with the flag of our county per se. It had to do with MLB rules about pitchers using or having anything on their person or equipment that might distract the hitter during the game. No matter what flag, no matter what color, no matter what patch, no matter if it was a Jeremiah Babe patch on his glove, he would have had to remove it. If someone was to burst out with The Star-Spangled Banner as a pro golfer was about to hit his tee shot, that person would be removed from the golf course for being a disturbance during the time the fans are supposed to be quiet, not because he sang our national anthem. There goes Jerimiah again not telling the whole story and spreading more frivolous hate just to keep you (what seems like mostly drama queens tonight) glued to his channel. Very irresponsible on Jeremiah's part.

@stevehartman 1730......I agree, I downsized my life since the 2008 recession!....I LIVE my life nice but simple, healthy, spirtually, and debt free!....I'm still driving my well maintained 2011 Kia Rio...67,800 miles, having NO issues...just regular oil change, tires, etc when needed!...I also Eat a plant based WAY of eating, fresh fruit and vegetables,...NO red meat and pork, sugary drinks or foods, Fast food or frozen foods, NO deli or breakfast meats, salty snacks, ETC, ..I Do eat wild caught salmon, lean turkey and chicken, sardines, extra virgin olive oil, multi grain BREAD, I do my daily exercise, light hand weights, squats, etc..I cook ALL meals at home (I love cooking and homemade food)....I also maintain my yearly health maintenance!.......LIVING this way allows more room to adjust for the coming DEPRESSION!!....I sleep better, more spirtual and mental peace, better health....

What folks don't understand, when you are a good batter, you are fixated on seeing that baseball the minute the pitcher takes it out of his glove during the wind up. How is he holding it, and the initial spin can tell a good batter a lot, and they have the "eye" for it. That's one of the things that separates a pro batter from an amateur batter. Derek Jeter and Pete Rose come quickly to mind, but there have been and are others. A pitcher could have fireworks shooting out of his cap during his delivery, or wear gold bling around his neck and on his ears, and good batters would not be bothered. It's all about his glove. Something on the pitcher's glove can be very distracting to a good hitter. MOST people don't understand this, and thus the rule. It has nothing to do with an American flag. JB is flat out wrong on this one, stirring sh!t.
