I'm CUKO, a homebody who loves staying indoors, but I believe that moderate exercise is important for maintaining gut health.
Exercise is as important as eating, in my opinion. I believe that if you eat, you should also exercise! However, honestly speaking, exercising every day can be quite challenging!
So, for now, I've decided to go for walks. And, as a reward, there's something special waiting for me.
This time, I walked from Akasaka through Kasumigaseki to a charming place. Along the way, I also stopped by some locations related to popular Japanese dramas.
The reward, of course, was gluten-free. I never expected to have such a lovely tea time and stumbled upon surprisingly delightful sweets.
