I will never forget this movie. I found it in a Theatre in the back allies of Naha City Okinawa. It was a literal window to another World for me. I carried it with me in my heart all the way to College in the US.

It's amazing how much law school is still the same. Every bit of this trailer rings true, minus the sleeping with a law professor's daughter...

Joshua Johnson is either adopting my notorious philosophy about why I loved law school so much or shamelessly brown nosing at NBC News. If it’s the former, I’m glad I “inspired” him. If it’s the latter, all I can say is brown nosing tends to piss more people off than being honest. Women are usually not allowed to be blunt but I don’t care too much about that if you can’t tell.

Edward Hermann is such an amazing Actor. HE also played Father Joseph McCabe from "Southie" on St. Elsewhere, he should have gotten an Emmy for his performance. The Actor who played Griggs David Clennon was a Man who although "Graduated" from Harvard and got his Degree didn't mind working as a Dorm Monitor and Cashier in The Cafeteria. He was also brilliant as Miles Drentell on Thirtysomething.

Appreciate the opportunity to show the rest of the world how others want to hold me back and think its acceptable to do so. Its not something we should normalize and i have a griup of leaders who allowed us to show that. Ill be moving forward with them and appreciate them making up for my lost time career-wise. Thank you CT and partners committed to correcting for lost time.

What Kevin said about The Grades was so true. They do determine Salaries, Mortgages, Timeshares in the Caribbean, etc. I know Kevin's Father In Law must have been so disappointed in what happened to him.

@@jaypickett3552 In The Book Version they "all" knew and Anderson said he wasn't going because he had to Study. Then when Hart suggested that they should go Bell didn't see it that way, he wasn't a very good student and he never showed his outline. Ford said that Kevin made him nervous. When Hart pleaded with Ford to go Ford said he wasn't going. He liked Kevin as a person but he looked at him more as a liability. I think that was the moment that Kevin gave up on being a Lawyer.

I couldn't put the Book down when I first read it back in the day. I always looked at Harvard as prestige and glamour since The Kennedy Brothers attended the School. One Critic described it as the antithesis of Love Story & Oliver's Story by Erich Segal (Class Of 1958). If I had to describe it for anyone today it would be The Firm: The Law School Years. Anderson was so right about them not being there at the end of the year it was food for thought.

Another fact about this book is hat ther was so much profanity in it. I think the Hip Hop Movie "Juice" was in the same boat. I still remember reading the Book and Hart brilliantly answered a question pertaining to Mrs. Carlyle & The Smokeball Company and after he was acknowledged for getting the answer right, he was elated since his first day he wasn't prepared. As he left the Classroom after everyone else, he thought to himself "Jaysus Chr@st, this is a Gosh Darned Dance!" At first I didn't understand but it was all about who had the "best" moves and who could command the most attention on the floor but in Hart's case it was a Classroom.
