I was hoping that this talk somehow tied into the gender-equality paradox which shows that differences in men and women are actually maximized as you get societies that are more egalitarian. Or in other words societies that are less and less like what was described in this talk. So yes this stuff exists, but no, those environmental factors do not account for all the differences we see in the outcomes of men and women.
