You’re the BEST. - always so open and honest with your life - you are such a great role model on so many levels! Completely agree about the youthfulness and aging - when you’re happy and treating yourself well (lots of water, working out, minimal drinking, eating clean, etc) all play a major part! ❤

When you said you don’t drink alcohol it made so much sense why you look so young. Megan Fox says the same thing. Everyone I’ve met who doesn’t drink and is health conscious their skin looks amazing. All of my peers who are constantly drinking look 10-15 years older than their age.

@blueapril0545 ~ Just starting the podcast; interesting she doesn't drink?!? Because I thought I have heard her talking about going out drinking & she's been on camera drinking, or so I believe. Not that my opinion matters - but I just thought I'd respond. However, you are right - Kristin looks amazing 😍

I cut my dad off for years but nowadays I have chosen to forgive him and give him the opportunity to be in his grandkids lives. Never thought I’d be able to forgive him for making my childhood pure hell. He’s doing better than ever so I figured I’d give him one last chance. Too each their own, you do you. No one knows what’s best for you besides you. Wishing you peace and happiness ❤

Growing up very privileged and always having access to money through your whole life adds to staying youthful , if her business failed it wasn't a big deal she would have been fine , these celebs are not like us they just want to appear relatable but there not , she has chefs , trainers , drivers, nannys , money , it's not the same as us

I'm glad you went over how alcohol is not good for aging. It's also not good for our immune system sorry to say but it really isn't. Maybe an occasional 1 drink at a party or a dinner or out once in a great while but I really don't even think that is good and I don't need it. I haven't touched alcohol in many years and I rarely get sick. As for as I know I have not had covid either. Take care of yourself. It usually will pay off.

Therapist here. For the "but he's your dad" or "she's your mum" people, your judgment is what keeps people trapped in abusive, dysfunctional relationships. You do not know the full story or complexities, so have some compassion and stop judging what you don't know.

@@Br_ittany1119 I guess you're right about influencers... I just always thought of Kristin as one of the more "authentic" ones. Plus these instagram ads I'm talking about were literally her opening up a bottle in front of camera so I found her wording in this podcast extra weird

Yikes. Once I heard Kristin say that raw milk is OK for you to drink and ''not to listen to the bullshit'', I just wanted to chime in with the hopes of turning away anyone that might have listened and is now considering consuming raw milk. I have a PhD in dairy science and have spent years studying raw milk directly from farms. Despite what some claim, raw milk is absolutely risky to drink. Most harmful bacteria in raw milk actually come from the farm environment (i.e. silage, teats, soil, grass, manure, cow bedding). Buying raw milk directly from a farmer doesn't make it safer; it often where the bad bacteria is introduced in the first place! This isn't "bullshit" (but the bad bacteria can and does come from ''cow shit'' in general, to be more precise, wink wink); it's backed by extensive research and years of work in the field. I work with it, and I can tell you, raw milk coming near my mouth would be a hell no.
