Hmmmm, nature vs. nurture. I think the leech would mostly act on instinct, maybe it would be nice at first but as it grows it would be overtaken by its powerful instinct to hunt and kill and then turn on the partypooper.. Kinda like if you tried to raise a crocodile

I'd like to imagine the party hosts as elderly partygoers, as partygoers age they eventually become saggy again just like when they were a baby, but eventually their weak sloppy skin eventually merges with the skin of the inside of their body, combining to make a sort of slime. The partygoers are very intelligent and well mannered to their elderly, they see the older partygoers as partygoers in command. That's why they care for the party host and give a percentage of their findings and prey to the party host for the host to feed on.

Random thought about partygoers. What if partypoopers are just partygoers who didn’t want to do the “party’s” anymore? And developed a new identity without the partygoers knowing, this would explain why they never show their face and cover their entire body, they want to help wanderers but it’s hard to do so when you are considered a monster to be avoided,

The lifecycle I know is: 1. A Partygoer will go to a level [ - levels partygoers are not recorded on]. 2. The Partygoer/Partygoers will wander until finding a wanderer. 3. If the Partygoer grabs a wanderer then they will be take to a safe place and turned into another Partygoer. Its not clear what happens well being turned into a Partygoer but 1 wanderer reports this: they have there friend taken away then they here the twisting of skin then the laugh of a Partygoer, he quickly leaves the level after that.

They can do both. Not all partygoers were previously human.

The Partygoers are entities that inhabit Level Fun and previously in Level 10. They are very hostile entities they host parties at their base, Level FUN. They will usually gather around to party all night long and eat cakes made from human flesh, They are very smart creatures and will try their best to trick wanderers to believe they are in a safe place and once the wanderers are trick they will turn the wanderer into them. The old Partygoer was nothing like the original Partygoers, this one was quite skinny and looked like a humanoid figure, he had a party hat the same as his skin color, a balloon and it’s eyes were bleeding. There were rare partygoers back then that still exist. The new Partygoers have a balloon tied to their arm, they have no hands, they only have a spikes on both hands, they have a red face as if it were fun, they have no legs, they resemble a ghost due to their tail. The old partygoers don't exist anymore- but you run only away from them in Level 10, Simply Easy and simple New If you run you can get to gain advantage, escape, go to the exit, if you see one in front of you, you can dodge it. but be warned, they get faster when the exit gets opened. So Hurry!

I’m guessing what he was trying to say before he uh disappeared was that the venom can transform 99.99% of humans into partygoers yet physical transformation is extremely fast while mental transformation takes at least 1-2 months before the transformation is complete very little is known about this venom and only 1 person in all of the backrooms has the ability to survive a partygoer bite known as the king partygoer (edit after I say yet that’s when he disappears the rest is just facts)

Another Partygoer lifecycle theory is well, when a partygoer comes along and finds you either 2 things happen, 1. : They will kill you and then turn your remains into cakes, cupcakes and so on. 2. : They will latch on to your arm, with their razer sharp teeth and then eject this venom. When this happens your blood stops flowing to your arm and will turn purple and then... *RIP* Your arm falls off, then you face skin peels off with hair falling off in the same time. Eventually your skin turns to the ragged paper texture and you start growing arms with sharp teeth at the end, after all that all the blood from that, is on the ground and you dip your new hands in it and feel the need to draw a slimily face on well your face. For you've became a Partygoer...That's it basically! :)

So I wouldn’t call this real because the partygoer hand clings onto the survivor for ten seconds then his whatever was clinger onto becomes num and falls off and then his head turns into a upside down bag shape and gets his smile on there which is his blood vessels and heart and brain and stuff he loses his other arm and gets gross shaped hands like partygoers and it’s a painful process. When it’s done you can’t talk and you loose all your human memories. It takes about 20 mins to fully transform.
