The PASLODE XP, love it or hate it, VS MILWAUKEE framing NAILER!

I had taken my Milwaukee framing nailer back to Home Depot…..I ended up rebuilding my paslode and continued using it

Its weird that his favorite company sent him a request to review their nail gun and oddly enough he loves it and talks trash about competition. I've heard people who say the same thing about Paslode, they will hook up the pneumatic over the Paslode.

A little bit it’s really not that bad actually, I don’t wear ear protection and it’s tolerable even to run frames all day

A great application to keep in mind is off grid. 9000 nails per charge. I can grab 5 things of fuel and on charge and work for several days without the need for being on the grid. This applies to Alaska where I live very nicely.

Mind if I ask what you do for a living in alaska and what area you’re in? Have you always lived there? You love it? Had a buddy stationed there for many years and he considered it a “paradise of the variety most don’t understand to even be paradise”

Dang I knew the Paslode was probably better than the milwaukee since they've been doing electric nailers way before milwaukee, just got tempted by having m18 batteries so I got one. Might go and exchange it for a paslode.

Like the guy said if you’re super jacked and don’t mind holding a heavy weight over your head the whole day every work day, go for it. The Milwaukee is probably the most powerful cordless nail gun, it just needs a big honkin’ battery to do it.

Can you link me to the actual review? Edit: I was looking for it and see you had an accident of some sort, or a back surgery at least, what happened? I hope you can heal well, that’s such a nightmare. My best friend was hit by an IED in his Humvee in Iraq and it messed his back up real good. Luckily at the time pain control was considered a human right for the most part and they didn’t treat people like trash or ignorantly act like everyone who ever needs a painkiller will become a drug addict. Are they treating your pain fairly well or not at all? Sadly in my experience there’s not much middle ground, they either treat your pain well/properly or they let you suffer in misery…unless you raise hell then sometimes they’ll rectify the problem but these days that’s less likely.

My life has changed completely since my back surgery, everything is different. I’m in horrible pain 100% of the time, it only barely gets better at times, yet still gets horribly worse very often.

It was not very informative, opinion was very biased, While the Paslode are a good gun, to much talk that tells you nothing. Swap your camera for a mirror and save face. I know that the Milwaukee finisher (not framer) is not a well balanced tool in your hand.

I hate the paslodes, gas smell, servicing, fixing costs and ramp up including poor performance on hardwood...Milwaukee all day, every single day.

I like the Milwaukee and love the weight. Best way to a fit body look. I've got muscles and stamina, endurance and I can go all day and then some with my Mil. It's beefier and will win any drop test of any framer.
