another question is there a simple way to beat Rule 16 (chess)

I think there are 193 positions in total and here are two simple rules to follow to increase your speed: 1) Find the correct move - this is obviously the hardest part if you aren't a chess player (I am myself and I've already played hundreds of runs so I've pretty much seen al the positions) - I recommend looking for checks involving a sacrifice. There is also a spreadsheet of all the positions online ( codepen.io/Dex9999/full/gOQRrWB ) and although it's not practical for using during the run, you can learn the patterns there. 2) Reset immediately on bishop and knight moves, non-check moves and rook moves that don't start with Rx or Rd. These contain elements and they won't work in the long run. Also there might be a strat with pre-typing moves like Qxh6+ or Rxh6+ which both solve 5 of the 193 positions making it ~1/49 you'll guess the right one (similar to geoguessr and captcha). I don't use it yet though since it would be a huge run killer I think.
