Great Video Hridhay, nicely explained. There is this new trend of DDJAY plots which almost every other youtuber is promoting, although the sizes are so small and the roads are so congested that those colonies might turn into areas like uttam nagar in future, specially when the government has now allowed unconditional building of 4 floors and even basements on these small plots. I request you to make a video specially for someone who wants to buy a plot in an area with good community prospects and not congested. There is a large chunk from Delhi, who has lived in floors or flats but want their own villa now. Please suggest good plotting sites. Thank You.

Content is rally good and your editor also did a very good job. But you should only use one camera and talk in one angle only. It will save editor time and more attractive to us. Multiple camera are recommended when it’s an interview between two or more person. Keep going and surely we as investor will check this property.

Globally proximity to the airports drives economic activity . With air travel getting cheaper and popular and India welcoming mnc"s and foreign equity with open hands ..... business travel becomes extremely important ... and proximity to the airport with a modern no signal highways DW expressway is going to be a game changer .... Just compare Gurgaon and Noida .... the writing is on the wall. As a specialist in global smart cities i would be happy to get into the nitty gritty of urban development .

My suggestion is, not to treat it like equity trading. You will always make money in realestate or share market if you have holding power. Otherwise, people will make money out of your investment.

The best way to look at DEW is as a new city , nothing to do with gurgaon. DEW will succeed because its closest to punjabi bagh , rajouri, pashim vohsr belt.. those people will have decent connectivity For gurgaon and for south delhi its a disconnected NEW CITY Its also far from airport and dwarka . It will succeed, but the good action of gurgaon will still stay in GC and GCX

Some CPs/ influencers were openly claiming 1 Cr appreciation after 1 year and also luring investors by promising them an exit in Signature Global 37D. Don't you think these gimmicks/ promises will create negative sentiments for Gurgaon real estate after 12-18 months since these investors won't find an end user/ buyer after 1 year for this project wherein you need to pump in 2 Cr on day 1 and wait for 3-4 more years for possession in an area where there is not even social infra in place. In 4 Cr+ there will be ample units available for end use even at Golf course extension road after 1 year. Why will end user opt for 37D.
