There is nothing wrong in being a " Tom Girl " ! I am 70 years old. I myself am a tomgirl. Don't mind getting oily, greasy. Worked in electronics for over 40 years, working with technical engineering, climbing in test chambers, being a small person, it helped. Raised 2 children by myself. Keep up what you do best. Sam, congrats on the new home. I really wish you hadn't felt forced into the youtube realm. I have loved all your videos, especially the ones of you working on the snowmobile. Watching you learn to do new things you didn't know about was awesome. I set up a channel myself a few years ago thinking I could do something special. I never used it because I am camera shy. I ended up uploading one video so my dad could see his grandson hit a baseball, and I was surprised to see how many hits it got before I deleted the video. My point is that not everyone is meant to be on KZbin or other platforms. You should do what makes you happy and never accept less than that. I do really hope thos is not the absolute end and that we atleast get to see you finally work out the issues with the sled. But if we never see you again, I have enjoyed your videos and love everything you have shared!!!

It was really great to hear how much progress you've made in the past year! You are so right to be paring back. Been watching you weld, you will make a great welder. The easiest way to learn is to weld in a comfortable position like in front of you on a table. Trying to weld up on a wall or upside down is for later when you get better. The puddle wait for the puddle to form first then move the puddle to where you want to go that's it, that's welding.

Hey Samantha! Thank you so much for this video and this update on your life journey. I am sorry to know that you have encountered negativity from viewers and/or others who would critique your life or try to coerce you in some unwanted direction. I have enjoyed your videos and your sense of humor and adventure. I have enjoyed your intelligent and creative search for solutions to many problems when most people, even professionals in each field, would have given up, and your confident determination to see a task through to completion. Whatever you decide, I hope it brings you success, and happiness. I have been a "Rennaissance Man" (my sisters' description) my whole life. I have built cars, houses, boats, and many inventions. I have lived a mostly solitary life, partly because I never fit into a slot or box, and most people don't feel comfortable around someone on whom they cannot affix a label. That was okay with me. I saw my life as a gift, and an adventure of discovery and experimentation. I have just this month finished (almost) a 10-year-long project turning an old concrete block store building into a living quarters, and rental apartment, and a recording studio (my 4th recording studio). I never dreamed it would take that long, but, like you, many other things were going on in my life which caused me to feel as though I was constantly trying to swim against the current. One by one I have managed to lay those things aside, and concentrate on only what makes me content and brings me peace of mind. That is my music and working with other songwriters and musicians. I spent most of my adult life in what most people would classify as poverty, but I never worried about it. I have a deep faith in God, and he promised in his word that he would always provide my needs if I would trust him and follow his guidance. He has kept that promise, and more. I was married for a short time, had one child who died, and now most of my friends have children, grandchildren, and some have great grandchildren. This is good, and I am happy for them. It was not my fate, however, and I am contented with that. I considered chronicling my construction project for youtube. I made a few videos and photos. I decided against it, and looking back I am sooo glad I made that choice. Without someone to do the videography for you, it is a mammoth task, as you have described so well. So whatever you decide, I wish you well. I wish you peace of mind. I wish you success. You are young. You are brilliant. You are amazingly creative. You are courageous. I do believe you can do anything. So, pick your road and start walking. If you decide to video the remodeling/restoration/rebuilding of your house, I will enjoy watching every single episode. But do what is best for you, Samantha. I hope to see you again here on youtube.

Take your time you are welding thick material so you don't need to rush the weld slow and steady is the plan. There are a lot of videos on welding that can help. Keep up the good work 👍👍
