Preacher/Pastor here. My title at my church is Lead Pastor. I preach every Sunday. Preaching and pastoring are two different gift sets for sure. Some can preach but don’t have the personality to pastor well. We view the role of pastor as someone who cares for people, guides them, acts as a shepherd. Preaching is the role of publicly communicating and teaching the word of god. Love the show boys. I always get a good laugh.

Solution to NIL, make a cap limit on the amount a player is able to be paid based on what star they’re graded as, like 5 stars can only get a max of like 750k or something and have it go down from there, could be 750k could be more could be less, doesn’t matter, just cap it that way most places will be forced to offer the same and they can put more focus on the other aspects that come with the school and football program then just how much they’re being paid
