Omg it’s just after 3 in the morning we’re in a heatwave in England I woke up after a few hours sleep . Stuck on KZbin and Boom my favourite channel had post the ps5 update for fernbus . I’m now wide awake with excitement watching the first few minutes of the video . Settings 👀 mirrors 👀 trees 👀 Bloody hell 🫣😬 now I’m buzzing for Xbox series x patch to drop 😅 Thanks for a great video always keeping it real . 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿 👍🏻

And you know what’s still broken. Objects reflecting from surfaces. E.g roads when it rains and cars when they go past your bus or a building. Think at this point no point in trying farther to solving any of those problems. Because they’ll fix one thing and it’ll lead into another breaking the game on PS5.

I feel this patch even worse than the previous version. Vehicles often suddenly vanish. Very lag when you drive into a city crowded with cars. Transition from day to night, the road on country side is shiny even there is no street light, and you don’t need to switch on your light. These issues were not there. It doesn’t make sense to ask us (players) to fine tune the graphic configurations ourselves. It apparently reveals that developers are not able to strike for a perfect balance among all graphic settings under different situations.

Ok so the day to night transition has not changed at all, it still looks the exact same on my ps5 as it always did. Secondly I like that we can customize the graphics. This shows what the console can and can't do, pc games have been like this for years and I personally like that I can choose what I want to be higher quality or lower quality. I would like to see future games let us do this as well. 👍💪

@@ShredhedGaming In previous patch, when it is changing from day to night in a trip, everywhere gets dark. The cars, the roads. It is true that it's too dim even you have switched on the front beam light and it's hard to drive. It's true. But right now, it looks like the road itself is at day time while the environment is at night time. Looks weird. For night to day transition, this patch seems to have improved. In previous version, our car and our passengers became almost completely dark after sunrise. It is better now but seems still not completely solve the problem. Regarding to the customization of the graphics. It exists in PC because everybody has different hardware configurations in PC. In console, all people have the same hardware configuration for a PS5. A better way out is to have a few set of customized profiles which have been fine tuned and well balanced by developers whereas each parameter should have the most optimal value for that specific profile. Say, if you want to have more traffic, you would have less details. In most of other games as you play in console, they usually offer two options (high resolutions/details vs high performance). Absolutely developers can provide more options but the point is that they should have preset the combinations of all parameters into profiles which have been fine tuned and well tested by their team. They should not give out all parameters to players and ask them to choose the value of each parameters.

That's your opinion, I've spoken to many players that enjoy it. You know everyone things consoles can handle all epic settings and they can't. This is a good way to show console players waht their system can and cannot handle. Again I'm sorry you're not happy but others are. It's how gaming is

@@ShredhedGaming Wow! Thanks for your prompt reply. I do appreciate developers providing 2 patches (last time >10GB, this time >4GB) within short period of time. This game is a good game. If you enjoy driving, you would enjoy playing this game. I just hope they can make things perfect. Let's pray for more updates & patches to come & further improve the game. I wish they can provide an update to enlarge the map so that we can drive to UK from France 😁

Will do bud, the settings don't save unfortunalty. I'll say this though, don't put anti-aliasing on epic and keep the resolution on 80

Not on console, there are no settings for it on console. The devs had said many many times this game doesn't support forcefeedback on consoles. You do not have a forcefeedback setting on your console

It's hard to say, they still slow down on the highway. I did notice that if a vehicle gets stuck it will just vanish.

In this type of game if the AI fails, bad business. I stopped playing the game a month and a half ago because the vans and trucks would stop dead on me. I have seen videos of the PC version and although it also happens sometimes, much less than on console.@@ShredhedGaming

What console are you on, I'm on ps5 and can absolutely change the graphic settings, now you'll have set them everytime you play because the game won't save your settings. You can change them though

I have a bit of an SOS question so hopefully someone can help, I was in the custom colour settings and have removed the mirrors from two coaches I didn't even know that was possible so I am pressing R3 to get to the mirrors and tried pressing X thinking it will put the mirrors back on, can anyone advise/help, it's very difficult to drive with no mirrors!

Load up a different game like farming simulator or bus simulator, once the game loads in close it and go back into fernbus. Sometimes this helps
