Welcome back to Watchtrader & Co where we buy and sell the finest Swiss watches that money can buy. Josh has one of his returning customers in the Newcastle store who previously purchased a 36mm Datejust. He is now looking part-exchange this model for a 40mm 116610LN Submariner Date. Both watches make for great daily wearers but it’s nice to change things up every once in a while and experience a different style of wristwatch.
Stuart runs us through a very special selection of very high end watches from Patek Philippe. The models have recently come into stock at Watchtrader and include the Aquanaut 5968R 42.2mm rose gold flyback chronograph with a fresh 2024 purchase date. The Nautilus in rose gold with the blue dial, reference 5990/1R needs no introduction. In the eyes of many, this travel time chronograph is the top of the tree when it comes to precious metal sports watches from Patek Philippe. If you prefer steel, we have the 5905/1A with the green dial alongside the 5712 Nautilus. Last but certainly not least is a timepiece that rarely comes into stock and that is the 5712R in featuring a rose gold case and brown strap, the slim profile, satisfying weight and moon phase complication amount to a truly stunning watch that would be a standout piece in any horological collection.
Jack is back with another fantastic deal of the week for our KZbin viewers and this week it’s a Rolex. More specifically the reference 126333 Datejust 41 in steel and yellow gold with a bright black dial.
Hendo is keen to discuss all things Panerai and Cartier and vintage Omega. His customer wearing a Cartier Santos WSSA0037 is in store to part with two watches. The Paneria Luminor Submersible PAM01389 dive watch features a titanium case, ceramic bezel and rubber strap. During the appointment, an unexpected watch walks through the door with its owner. The ultimate gamblers watch from Omega featuring a playing card dial, cased in yellow gold on a brown leather strap. This watch is usually found with a steel case and the owner can’t find any comparable examples online… Back to the task at hand - the Panerai Radomir Black Seal from 2008 PAM00287. This steel cushion cased watch has a black leather strap fitted with a steel deployment clasp.
