That's true Paula, eating in moderation, you can eat anything. I still snack, but in moderation, but work out 7 days a week and have a certain eating routine and am 55, slim/athletic build and better health than a lot of 20 year old's'. Seriously! Paula Abdul looks great! 😊🤗 I didn't know about her accident from an emergency lane in a private plane engine in the height of her singing career. God bless her. I really do believe everything happens for a reason. Her story about how she got on American Idol, or X Factor Paula says. (Pop Idol in the U.K.) is hilarious! 😂🤣😅 I miss the 80's pop music; 70'/80's child here. 🤗. Great interview! 🙏🏽

...But she released an album "Head over heels" in 1995 - 2 years after the planecrash!!?? There was 3 singles from that album with heavy dancing in the videos and tv-performances... I love paula, but everyone forget this album - including herself... Can't remember any news about that planecrash back then... But the album from 1995 and the musicvideos is absolutely AMAZING... The first single "my love is for real" had many tv-performances with heavy dancing... Something don't add up... Maybe she don't remember the year right with the planecrash 🤔🤔

If you want to get alot of subscribers and views you should do how to videos as a beginning real estate agent or advice on real estate, im just starting out in real estate and watch a tone of videos on how to do stuff, with your experience it should be easy. You could probably hit a 100k in a month or two.

Interesting she says she didn’t dance since 1993 , that can’t be as she released Head over Heels in 1995 and in 2 of the official videos she is dancing as she did years before , plus she did promotion for the first single all over the world , so not completely true what she says, and come back to the U.K. , you have never done a full tour here yet only promotion
