Kelly you are awesome! Just wanted to share a quick story about how you change lives: I had a pelvic fault and back spasms for almost 2 years in and out of a doctor and chiropractor that didnt fix anything. Finally came across this video and your book and since I started doing this about 3 months ago I am fully healed squatting and deadlifting 400lbs again. Also, my good buddy got a pelvic fault in the gym and spent a week with a doctor. When he was still on high dose of prescription vicodin after a week I told him I could use these techniques to help him. Immediately after he felt instantly better. You've saved my life and in the process helped me save others by paying it forward.

Anyone with POSTCONCUSSION SYNDROME and ATLAS issues please read this to see, I hope it helps you too!! This is the first video of yours that I have watched Kelly! These exercises are great. When I watched this video, I had it on 2 times the speed because I needed to leave my house! Quickly before I left, I tried a modified version of your exercise for about 1 minute while standing and thought, why not? Oh my gosh!! Thank you for posting this, my eyes started focusing quicker and immediately, instead of "blurry vision" upon eye movement, everything looked normal again. It released my hip, which in turn released my atlas and whole back! When I got home about an hour later, I noticed my hip started getting tight again so I did a few stretches and the exercises as demonstrated. I am feeling great! This hip/midback/atlas tightness seems to be a never ending issue for me. I have post concussion syndrome and have had back and neck issues since 2014. Although I have been aware and helped myself through stretches and exercises I make up at home between chiropractic visits, this has been the most helpful in releasing my hip quickly, plus my atlas. I have to go to the chiropracter about 4 times a month to keep it in check because of a surprising incident with psoas muscle spasms about 3 months ago. (I believe this was due to the actual problem never being addressed fully 2 years ago, when I started getting Atlas orthogonal treatments) So now I have one more tool to use at home and hopefully less visits to the chiropractor. I have recently decided that I need a more regular regime of exercises to do at home to combat my back and neck issues and have been compiling ones that work for me so that one day I can say I have completely healed and I do not get any further issues. I will be ordering your book to see if you can help me on my journey! Thank God for KZbin and thank you again!!

I honestly, truly thought I had really messed up my back, but it was just my piriformis. I have had pain in the SI joint before, but the pain this time was in the center right above my sacrum. It felt like I had a herniated disk. I noticed some relief when stretching. The pain lost me a couple hours of sleep last night but I kept feeling the throbbing pain on my right glute which was radiating down the back of my thigh. Finally at work I was able to do some more stretching and work with the lacrosse ball. It wasn't until I put the ball between myself and the wall that I finally could put some good pressure on it and release it. The pain is 90% gone now. Just have to keep working it. Thank you so much for your free videos. I need to get The Supple Leopard now!

Hey Kelly, I am 52 years old and have had a couple of issues that chiropractic adjustments have not been able to help. All on my left side. Tight pinched left shoulder, scapula, and neck and hip tightness. I had been using a tennis ball and getting some relief but when I found your videos and started incorporating your advice, I have virtually eliminated the issues in just over a week. You really know what you are talking about and I am sharing your videos with others. Greatwork!

you can try to work this out your self which may or may not help or you can see a chiropractor and then work the muscles Kelly indicates. It the quickest safest way to address this type of restriction

Ive been suffering from back pain for years and it finally got to the point where I cant work. My doctor kept telling me it was a pulled muscle in my back. Then this soft not formed on my right pelvis which he said was a lipoma. I got curious and started to google it and turns out it was my SI Joint. Now both joints keep going out and no doctor will look at it and confirm it. I fianlly found a new doctor who said he would treat. I hope he has the knowledge as Kelly because he is showing the exact excercises I need. This has been the most frustrating thing in my life. Having a doctor tell me I didnt know what I was talking about topped it off.

Kelly! I've recently come across your stuff and your knowledge is incredible! Sadly most physios here in India don't think beyond what they've studied in their medical school. I get back spasms once every couple of months because of tight hamstrings and hips and some sudden movement. Can I do any of the things you suggested here on myself on my own?

I've been in and out of alignment so many times now, I can tell exactly what's wrong by how my back feels now. All I do when this happens is move my hips in a circular motion (along with plenty of SMR) and everything eventually resets itself. The bad thing is when my hips get out of whack, it throws my thoracic spine out of wack too.

Spot on!!!...A tilted pelvis is no joke...It will lock up your hip, and spasm the surrounding muscles until you say uncle.....Not to mention the lower back pain from doing anything requiring Twisting...

I also want to say that I am working away from having lordosis and I feel like that poor posture makes me prone to piriformis issues. I believe over extension of the hip when I was doing heavy weighted lunges all last week and not taking care of my glutes post workout is to blame for why they got so tight.

Matt Bishop Keep getting the psoas loose (front of your hip) and start using your glutes when you stand. It will help reset your pelvis and can help you back pain. Check out Kelly's "couch stretch" for your quads as well. Good luck.

ive been battling with issues of this nature. my question is - how do i fix this inbalances and lock up? it seems like my groin muscles are forever under tension. i did recover from an L5/s1 protrusion 4 years ago. cant seem to shake off my poor hip mobility meanly due to fear of some kind of relapse!! (mostly in my mind this fear). would greatly appreciate advance as i had another episode of what somes more like butt, groin and hip after squating, took me straight back to the hospital. havent had an episode like that in all most 2 years

Kelly, after a "back injury", most likely a herniated disk, I found that I need to fix my pelvis like you do in the video. Now I'm more in tune with my body and I can feel when I need to do it almost by how I'm walking and I make sure I hear that click before I go to squat or deadlift heavy. Anyway...I find that I need or want to do this once per week. Is that a big problem?

Go see a Chiropractor first because that will re-align the pelvis first, then soft tissue work will help with lasting change. Bio-mechanics have to change before a problem is solved.

I'm currently seeing a PT. And when the osteopath did the evaluation 2 weeks ago, she found that my right hip lacked -- still lack -- mobility (i.e my right hip stay "stuck" behind, similar to an anterior pelvic tilt issue), whereas my left is fine. Should I do these cues?

If you have a disc related flare up and get on the floor to perform this reset, this will only make it worse. Force lumbar flexion of the spine with grumpy disc and nerve roots? Not ideal.
