You need to add a new metric to the ratings system. Interior/Exterior/Appealing presence rating, however you want to word it. Its a key part of the food business and if Bossman isn't prepared to invest any focus on that then it says a lot about the shop and other potential hidden practices such as hygiene, stock control of fresh produce, quality of product, staff training. It is an important factor in the saturated market of fried chicken shops.
