28:51 Speaking of Ross' obsession with vic being zsasz 😂, we can see vic having a scar on his forehead, it could either be something or just an easter egg, one thing id love to see tho is an introduction to either Hugo Strange or Scarecrow, my 2 fav Batman villains and fav villains in general, hope we see them as well!

I’m with Ross. I think this is the new Victor Zsasz. Throughout the show I think we’ll see The Penguin’s true power, which is absolute corruption. He’s going to take this sweet innocent kid we all care about and by the end of the season turn him into a menace

@@bryantaleem3105 I've been thinking the serial killer actually was Zsasz working for Carmine, but I like the idea of this Victor actually becoming a true villain through Penguins corruption

I love Scarecrow but my first thought was Poison Ivy, which would be cool. The chemist's last name is Bloom. I know not comic accurate but Riddler was Nashton not Nygma. So he could be related to Ivy. Or just could be a nobody. And I don't think he wants to take over the Falcones, he just wants to get rid of them for good. But idk. After that you still have the Maronis.

As soon as I saw mushrooms I thought Poison Ivy! That would be a surprise appearance. I recently rewatched the batman movie and in the movie it was mentioned that carmine killed 7 women. So maybe carmine framed her. That's why penguin was saying he didn't think carmine would end up putting his own daughter in arkham I think penguin left because they revealed too much while being held at gunpoint, so he's exposed.
