This is how you write a strong female character, she's extremely intelligent, has great intuition, best of all she's an actual threat, she's unpredictable. The way she always tries to maintain cool even though you know and the characters know that she could blow up at any moment, that's what makes her scary. Great acting and writing overall, can't wait to see more of Sofia Falcone.

In the comics Sofia is sort of like a child playing dress-up, wanting so desperately to be like her father. But here she's actually MORE dangerous, because she really is incredibly canny and has the unnerving ability to constantly keep people off-kilter. It's more intimidating to me than comics Sofia.

Because Carmine Falcone is a joke in this universe too. He's a corrupt scumbag who played his cards right but he isn't the old time mafioso of the Long Halloween or the harsh gangster with honor still like in Gotham on Fox. But we will probably see how much smarter he is than I gave him credit for in this show. Even though he physically won't be in it present day.

While one day I would love to see an actress who has the actual Amozanian build of comic book Sofia Falcone, there is no denying that Cristin Milioti is still able to portray the intimidation factor of Sofia without needing to be huge and imposing. Her mere presence is able to exude her comic book counterparts namesake of "gigante" while still being petite and that is what true acting is, you don't need to look the part, just be the part.
