James Earl Jones will be missed by so many. Another favorite roles of his I adore him in is James Greer in the films The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, and Clear and Present Danger. His portrayal of Vice Admiral and then Admiral Greer is such a great heart felt but stern representation of what all Admiral should strive to be. Cool, calm, collected, and aware of every angle. Including when to give a guy a chance to achieve greatness. When he talks to Rear Admiral Joshua Painter played by Fred Thompson ( another amazing actor who i miss dearly) and he tells him who Ryan really is. It shows his ability as an actor to make you feel like his character knows the meaning of sacrifice, honor, and heroism on another level of conveyance of emotion and intelligence has always stuck with me. He truely could make. A regular role absolutely memorable in so many ways. Every movie i looked forward to his presences.(Spoiler) I always wished they hadnt wrote him off later in the stories. He had ao many good roles. Like in Conan the Barbarian as Thulsa Doom! Just awesome! 🤘 Ill miss him a lot.💜🤘

We have 4 Skateland USA Skate rinks here in The Triad of North Carolina opened since 1970. They are a staple of my childhood and many others. I spent many many Fridays and Saturdays at Skateland in Clemmons NC. Many many birthdays of myself and many friends at the Skateland USA SkateHaven rink in Winston-Salem NC not far from the other rink for all of my childhood. They are the exact same as they were when i was a kid. Its like going back in time. Still play the classics from the 80s,90s, and 2000s. Its a trip. I always thought someone should do a movie based on the skating rinks circa mid 90s after rollerblades became popular. (My favorite type of skate) Kevin thatd be a good idea for another movie called 7:00 or 7 to 9:30. ( The times the night skate started) They used to go to 10:30-11 once a month. My mom would have a fit picking me up half asleep. 😂 She was always awesome in letting me stay that late though. So much hoping wed get a girlfriend there. At 11 years old in 95 it was how you got to meet girls outside of school. So many good memories! 💜🤘 Itd make a good film with a killer soundtrack. The DJ would always let us request music. I was already a afficionado by then in every type of music with all the time spent watching MTV/VH1 and the radio stations. I requested a lot. Good times! 💜🤘

I enjoyed the shit out of "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice" - sure it's not as amazing as the first one, but then again I'm older and more cynical. I think a lot of modern viewers just aren't able to appreciate/enjoy simple goofy humour anymore; they need things to be meta or steeped in sarcasm. Sure, the finished film might have one too many subplots, but it's a fun sweet flick that honours the original quite well.
