Just amazing. You have such an eye for scale and symmetry; some builders don't and some people don't notice when the scaling is off but you just nail it. The size/height of everything is perfect. This precisely is what I try to implement when I build so seeing another builder do the same tickles my brain lol. Also, I feel like I can smell this house. This style is very popular in newer public spaces/buildings in Sweden. I could totally see this being remodeled as an art gallery or something

Thanks! And I get what you mean, I try when I can notice it. Though sometimes I find myself sitting there staring at my builds for a while trying to figure out why it feels off lmao.

@@naywass yess this is so true. For example, the columns could be too skinny, the build could be top heavy, the roof's angle could look weird, a section of the house is too wide/skinny or the windows look too much like a face lol, it bugs me though when I watch someone build and I notice something like that, but they don't. You however did everything "right" imo, very satisfying :)

this is a penthouse, not an apartment. it's basically a normal lot that's on top of a fake apartment building. this one is from discover university I'm pretty sure.

This one is a specific lot in San Myshuno, it’s in the art district and is called fountain view penthouse :) It’s a lot on the top of the building. hope that helps!

Absolutely cool & beautiful craftsman penthouse! I adore the style of it all. So personal. Very enjoyable to watch, it was fun watching it all come together & also seeing moments where you had changed your mind. You went back & quickly changed it. I just love it. A lot of Sim builder's videos are annoying to me but this was great.

it’s perfect! i don’t like 2 things it’s the chess table at such a small office and outside dinning table is too close to grill well and that white rug in the living room in the first floor is a bit ugly :)
