It's very frustrating listening to some of these leaders from the so called "marginalized" areas. How can a county with 7 million heads of livestock, and 12B handout from the central government every year call itself poor. What are their priorities. They have more than enough resources to sink their own boreholes. Several families in other parts of the country are managing on 1 acre or less and with 1 or 2 cows. You all really soft-balled this interview. These leaders ought to tell us what their development plans are. The blame game is getting old.

Kenya has become full of human rights noise makers so it's become difficult to ask hard questions but you are right These mps, governors and most county officials are just thieves. They steal all the money and then tell their constituents that it's the fault of the central government.
