A 40km bikeride in -5c on my ESKUTE Netuno Electric Bike. I had some issues with the motor working in the cold. Apart from this i am very happy with the bike which i fully paid for with my own money and i use just about everyday on my delivery job and on this occasion to a landmark to get some cool drone footage. In time for the moon to set. A early morning bike ride before work.
The Beacon may have been used in the Civil War as a lookout tower. The beacon is said to have been used after the battle of Edge Hill, to forward the news of the battle to Ivinghoe, in Buckinghamshire.
The Battle of Edgehill (or Edge Hill) the First English Civil War in southern Warwickshire on Sunday, 23 October 1642. After the armies departed, the villagers continued to be haunted by spectres and apparitions. The ghosts were recorded by Charles’ officers, and are the only ones to be officially recognised by the British Public Record Office. Edgehill was not the decisive, one-off battle everyone had hoped for. It was the start of a long slog of years of war, tearing the fabric of Britain apart. Corpses which littered the fields were tossed into mass graves. For those who survived, they were pretty much ruined, becoming dependent on local charity. Edgehill phantoms are the only ghosts to be officially recognised by the British Public Record Office.

E-bikes are fine until the battery plays up , and as you will know they are heavier to pedal 😂 so a proper workout … a stunning morning Richard , well worth the effort 👍

Hahaha yeah Dave i was not really wanting buy one but i do deliveries and alot up hill and the non electric bike i was doing 50km aday was hard going up hills and the E bike i have say been worth buying for that. I still use the non electric bike for camping. Still would love to do some long distance bike rides in the future. All best richard

Wait till you hit 50 and when you struggle uphill,you will buy one,not cheap but if you want to continue to ride as you get older you’ll get one

For me personal i got it for my delivery job i do over 50km a day with some times carrying 3 bags of shopping on my bag. Mostly use the electric up hills. I did start of using a non electric bike but was to slow going up hills and need be fast if hot food :) Still going be using the non electric bike for camping trips :)

I am 50 now soon 51 and i can see the benefit of a e bike for carrying a load deliveries up hill. Although for camping adventures i be using the non electric bike for now.
