Agree...I try to finger comb mine out and then they get frizzy and crazy...so the next time I just gently finger comb and then they tend to stay separated and...I just struggle getting a beachy look...😏🤪🤨 definitely going to try the product application before finger combing. Fingers crossed. Lol

MO's wife- Need some help please... been trying this hairstyle for 2 to 3 months now. I have the curling iron technique down cold, even have the bed head crimper for waves. I have all the right products, but where I get stuck is once I'm done with the curls and I use my fingers to relax them, the ends of my hair always flip out instead of downward. So instead of beachy waves I look like I'm back in the early 2000's when we all started using the curling iron to flip our hair out instead of under. Can you visualize this? I wish I could post a picture 💇🏼but anyways can somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I thought it was because I had layers throughout my hair but my girlfriend says layers have nothing to do with it and they're all long enough to make these waves. In fact she attempted this look on my hair and succeeded. Now I'm really at a loss cuz there's never been a hairstyle I haven't been able to achieve. Please please please HELP! Thx gals✂️💕

Me: I prefer my hair to be straight and plain with a soft u shape and no texturizing. Most hairdressers: No, it’ll look thin. Proceeds to give give me this same squared off lob bob type dealio with texturizing. Looks ok at salon and like a freakin disaster at home and scraggly. Me: I never ever use the word thick at salons. I like my hair straight and soft. I could care less about volume. I like this client’s before hair. That’s the same texture as my hair and how I prefer to wear it.
