Exactly I got both my old 02 I bought new and still new,my new 23 Chevy truck 4x4, my clean C5 Corvette my Bullet bass boat,,and my new 23 Corolla I use as my daily to keep miles off my baby’s,, I went through hell with her on every single one but I’m still married after 34 years 😀 I love my cars ,trucks and bass boat I only owe about 14k on the new truck,,I strategically did this! I quit drinking 14 years ago,quit chewing tobacco,and worker two jobs most of my marriage up to 5 years ago!

My wife supported me in getting an an X5M but was HELL BENT against me getting my Durango! After defying everything she pointed out, I went and got it anyway! When I drove it home, handed her the key and said "Take it for a spin" she came back grinning from ear to ear! I even got her to admit she was wrong about it and now she LOVES it! Bonus points, both kids argue about who's gonna get to keep it! 🤣

My wife is the most awesome amazing mom, daughter and wife anyone can ask for...She knows my decision are always financially sound so she always say if you want to do it then go for it.. I was going to not get the Ram TRX do to already having 6 vehicles even though it was my dream truck, She went behind my back put an allocation in, picked it fully specked out lol and that was cause she said she didn't know what I would of wanted, she had it delivered and put in my driveway for me to come home to...I came in around 7pm and thought I passed my house thinking what sob got my dream lol....Well this out of all my vehicles with a few being way higher value is absolutely my favorite to drive...My prior was a 21 Raptor 37" and this hands down is waaaay better imo....

Bradley, I'm with you 100% brother! You loved nice cars BEFORE you met and married your wife, so unless the car was gonna put both of you in the street because it didn't make any financial sense, you did the right thing by standing firm on the purchase of your BMW. She obviously loves all that makes you YOU, and like you said, she wasn't gonna leave you over a car that made you HAPPY to drive to work and most likely helped your financial comeback from bankruptcy. Keep sharing your stories and keep inspiring others. That's why God gave us a voice. Love my 21 DDHC, Its a do it all vehicle . Its got plenty of room for the family, its comfortable for road trips and its absurdly fast. Dodge/Jeep hit a homerun w/ the Trackhawks and Durango Hellcat

That same year we purchased a new Harley Tri Glide loaded. Not many people have supportive wives...when the deal came up for 19 challenger hellcat redeye...my wife said trade in the 18 challenger ta 392...if they give a good deal then it will happen...we both went to dealer and they made it happen....when you set a goal...then you go for it.....great video

Because your in real estate, I'm about to work out buying a house from a family member in the now coming months, I've been bitting at the bit on putting an order before they close in a few days. The thing is I've waiting since I became a licensed driver, back in the early 90s for this day to come. So basically I am PARTICULAR about the specs I'd want, especially when it's the cost of a separate mortgage lol. I heard it would make getting a loan on a home difficult if I purchase right now on a car

@@jimmycline4778 I always follow break-in protocol too. My issues were the loose carpet. It didn’t even fit the vehicle. Then there was something mechanical that they couldn’t find any resolution for. They came back saying they found no issue. But when I drive it it’s always there. $100k I just expect better. Went back to a wide body scat. 🤣

It's frustrating because I've been waiting ever since I got a license back in early 90s. What I'm saying here is we all need to be humble to even be able to have a "toy" that costs, like having a separate mortgage

I ordered the 2023 Destroyer Grey at msrp . The exact same color as my 21 but with the red interior because when I ordered my 21 at msrp I thought the red was too much until I saw it in person . It arrived the day before my birthday & I told my guy that I would drive there ( 3 hours away ) & do a side by side comparison and make my decision. Here’s what Dodge did to the 23 model , no Hellcat logos on the seats , no spare tire & vinyl headliner instead of suede so I had to pass on it . Not to mention that it’s 10k more than my 21 . I will be able to tell the 23 model but just looking at the seats 🤷🏽‍♂️💯😂

Man I am going through this as we speak. Landed and MSRP Widebody. Signed the papers the other day, the dealer said "anyone else that needs to be on the title" I said yes my wife. She is on vacation across country to see our daughter". I can't take possession of the car until she comes home to sign. The dealer needs her to sign. This is the right thing to do, I haven't dropped the bombed yet on her, but I have said "we need to talk.....I need a Bonnie to my Clyde on a venture I want to do." Hopefully it will work out.

Never put your spouse and/or on the title of any vehicle. If you are ever in an accident and are sued, then both parties and any joint property are fair game in the lawsuit. Subsequently your wife should be the only person listed on the vehicle she drives.

I have a 23 LR with only 1400 miles and I don't like it. Rear door seal had to be replaced, wonky tranny, to many electronics and screens to go through to get to things. I traded for a 24 Hellcat Defender yesterday. Its being built, but I can't wait to get something I can actually pull the dipstick under the hood when I want to check the oil. Hate how some of these vehicles don't have dipsticks anymore.

I love my wife and I give her everything but when I want something I don’t ask for it maybe if we couldn’t afford it I would of course but for my 50th birthday I bought me the Durango hellcat. My wife can’t really complain. She’s living in a really nice house in a really nice neighborhood And I spoil her for holidays (and non holidays lol) Like I said, if you couldn’t afford it or on a budget yes you should consult with your partner but if you’re bringing home decent money I’m not asking my wife for permission. If she wants a certain car she can get it but my vehicle, that’s no one’s decision but mine. People always say happy wife, happy life, but the men are miserable lol. and yes, I married my best friend. I’ve known her since she was 16 and I was 19 and we married almost 20 years and like I said previously I spoil her with everything you could think of but I also spoil myself and she spoils me too. I can’t complain moral of the story both people should be happy. I have a few friends that the husbands are not allowed.any toys. I have one friend who has to sneak to buy two comic books a week that could never be me.
