Just bought a used car from the dealership, they had one price online but in person the tried to charge me with 3k worth of mandatory add ons, I told them it wasn’t right and they told me that’s how every dealership does business, so I hit them with the old “just cause one person is doing something bad doesn’t mean you all should” and it worked, even got an extra $500 off. I think I'd avoid that place, but thats me. I went to another dealer that I presume isnt same ownership and I did call in advance to confirm price and availability and they said yes and yes. They wouldnt set up an appointment, just said come on down... so I did. I was ready to do a deal, but they were not. They had a ton of markup, and said I had to purchase their overpriced extended service contract as well or no deal... so I walked. They were surprised? I went to another dealer got a better model, better deal, and no silly add ons or markups. Their pricing was up front and accurate, and their yes and yes was exactly as promised. I honestly cant stand dealers and left there happy. Pays to shop around.
