Does Phanteks XT PRO come with 4x140 fans built in? Saving on the front dust filter is really cheap. Had Phanteks moved the PSU forward just like Lian Li was smart enough to do so with the upcoming Lancool 207 or moved it behind the MOBO as Montech did with the new HS01 there would be much better airflow for the GPU. Check out the Montech Air 903 Max or the Chieftec Apex Air for an excellent value option.

The xt pro has the psu on the bottom in a classic spot. The base version only comes with one exhaust fan. Only the ultra comes with the 4 fans

It only comes with 1 rear 120 mm fan so no, it's definitely not the best 60$ case by any stretch of the imagination.
