Hermela, beautiful moisturized braids and braid out results! I still need to practice braiding my hair, in order to make sure my roots don’t come out frizzy since they usually do, make sure I’m braiding correctly, and make sure my hair is moisturized from root to tip. I need to watch more tutorials but definitely practice braiding my hair more. Love those hair clips! This is the 2nd video since last week that I’ve seen them used.

I've taken the Sugar Bear vitamins. They definitely taste good. Like candy. I didn't find that it made a difference with my hair, but I only used it for 2 months instead of 3-6 months as recommended.

I use to do this to get a good beach waves when I braided in big braids or I braid medium size foe a crinkle look small braids gave me loose curls

That's great but just for clarification, they're not the only vegetarian Vitimans be it gummies /pills. 😊😊 I've taken the same ones since I was 18yo. I even took their prenatal vitamins, they have several different ones to meet many needs. They were one of the first vegetarian vitamins I found. They've been around since mid 80's at least. They have no dyes no gelatin, they were gluten-free before that was even an issue . They work for me and everybody that I've ever introduced to them. My skin I have pretty skin anyway, my nails long strong healthy and my hair while genetics does play a great role it's always been to the top of my butt, extremely thick and healthy. Your hair is gorgeous.
