I just ordered a bike from this company after watching the reviews online. However, the bike I received does NOT work and no one from the company will respond to ANY of my emails. I'm beyond frustrated.

My front wheel squeals like a police siren and there is no pedal assist, it only works on the throttle.

@@zackrides265 The front wheel you installed right? Did you adjust the brake? Is it rubbing?

@@jamzdotnet I tried everything, even removed the brake completely and the fender...the only thing that fixes the noise is just hand tightening the axle bolts. But obviously that's not safe lol
