Your description on how to make the cake is completely different to how you showed on the video, also the cake that yoy took out of the refrigerator was completely smooth, not the same cake as you put in or maybe you cleaned it up after the video, love seeing vidwoa of how cakes are made but tgey should be the same as as your description because its confusing

His technique is perfect! He is very relaxed, probably because this is the millionth time he’s done this. Practice makes perfect. It’s unfortunate for me that I don’t like chocolate when it’s this concentrated. I do love his Chocolate Crunch PB Mousse Cake in a Ganache Robe. But if you love chocolate, then this the cake for you. Slice it perfectly and consume it with reverence. Props to the great Dominique Ansel! ❤

Made this choclate cake, was super simple, tasted awesome! The ganache was a bit tricky since it was my first time making it but turned out pretty well. Added raspberries to the layes and top of the cake made it even more delicious. Would reccomend people to give this a try.

Hello, as what I have read, if the recipe says USE BUTTER, just use butter, not oil. They have different result. Butter is a solid fat which results to creaminess and oil is a liquid fat.
