Did everyone just conveniently forget that 00 is basically the only gundam series that definitively has an ending where society prospers and where the majority of the people actually embrace being innovators, with them even going on to start colonizing other star systems? (heck, they even learn to peacefully coexist with the ELS and integrate them into society)

That's because it's not - Turn A Gundam's ending had Earth and the Moonrace came into peace after discovering the Dark History etc which meant Earth which had the equivalent of Industrial Revolution age tech/culture will now get proper tech from the Moonrace and progress.

I think Char’s arc works really well. I think his regression is not really a regression, since he wasn’t a villain in the first series anyways. Antagonist, sure, but he wasn’t a villain until CCA. It’s the tragedy of war, and Char is the central character in that tragedy. If war never happened, Char would have become a great leader to lead earth into a new age, but war destroyed the relationship between Earthnoids and Spacenoids as well as Char’s perception of humanity. While Amuro finds Hope during war because of the good of humanity, Char finds despair because of the evil of humanity.

I don’t really agree with that Char to me hasn’t changed much from when he was a child. His way of thinking was kinda similar to the Zabis, it didn’t go well for either. The best leader looking for unity was probably his father Deikun.
@nanaholic01
@nanaholic01 Жыл бұрын
@@zacharyradford5552 That's Origin's take on Char, which IMO shouldn't be taken as strict canon because it's not penned by Tomino. Origin turned Char into Light of Death Note - everything is about scheming to get his own sense of justice/revenge and Char was twisted since the murder of his father, but Char's not that kind of character, and that's why Lalah chooses to stay with Char over Amuro despite Lalah having a stronger Newtype bond with Amuro, because Lalah saw the good in Char and knows he's capable of so much more. If you only take Tomino's work of Char, OP's opinion makes a tonne of sense.
@UltraKardas
@UltraKardas Жыл бұрын
@@nanaholic01 I disagree. Its shown time and time again that female character's are more drawn to Char than Amuro. He's got an entire list. Natalie, Haman, Nanai, Quess, and Lalah are all drawn to Char over other characters.Several of these characters were powerful newtypes. Char doesn't have any good in him, but what he wants isn't always necassarily bad. That's why he wasn't an antagonist in Zeta, because some of his motivations weren't strictly evil. When you look at Char, he is evil, selfish, and manipulative. These traits in him are constant. He kills the original Char Aznable and steals his identity. He kills anyone that is a "percieved" threat. His sunglasses and mask are to hide his different colored eyes, even after the fact there's no real chance people are going to catch on to his deception. Char's passion and charisma is what attracts people to him. Its why Quess threw away her family, friends and even her father just for his attention. It wasn't because Char was a good person. The only "good" thing about Char was his love for his family. In examples of both Quess and Lalah its clear that the two of them made the wrong decision. Quess got her father killed, herself killed, and others all because she was simping for Char.
@nanaholic01
@nanaholic01 Жыл бұрын
@@UltraKardas You can't disagree here because it's Tomino canon - it's literally the scene in MSG where Lalah and Amuro were having their Newtype bonding moment where Lalah rejects Amuro and chooses Char. Lalah also literally comes back as a Newtype ghost in CCA to Amuro, when Amuro tells Lalah she should reject Char, Lalah replies by telling him Char is "pure/innocent". You've drawn up a head canon to think Char is evil, and I think a lot of that is simply due to Origin and other non-Tomino side stories filling in the gaps (unnecessarily) to make Char a scheming evil person, but Tomino does not intend Char to be inherently evil - far from it, and numerous key scenes in multiple Tomino work supports this. Char is not supposed to be an inherently evil person.
@UltraKardas
@UltraKardas Жыл бұрын
@@nanaholic01 I can disagree. I just did. And I make a much stronger argument than you did. Tomino also wrote Char as a revenge driven individual, who takes his wrath even on people who are innocent themselves, but merely related to the real traitors. Lalah is a flawed character, and while she might think Char is "Pure/innocent" it is shown and proven that its a complete lie. Did you miss in Char's counter attack where he gets Quess to kill her father and turns her into a weapon? Did you miss that Char openly lies to the federation in order for his plan to contanimate Earth? Did you miss that Char is killing maybe billions of people by dropping anything he can onto the planet? Char was never innocent. His innocence was stolen from him. The only thing Char is now, is pure ego. Because his ego is all he has. It was gives him his greatest success and his greatest failures. I imagine that Chan and Lalah had quite an argument when they became Newtype ghosts, as they both have quite different opinions on the matter.

@SHINTAB Жыл бұрын
The flaws you mentioned with CCA (regarding Char's sudden change of heart after Zeta) were thankfully pretty much fixed by the manga Char's Deleted Affair. Char's sudden vengefulness towards the Federation makes a lot more sense when you know that he was heavily traumatized before the events of Zeta during his time at Axis, and that the ending of Zeta, with all his remaining friends and family (especially in Kamille) either being killed off or otherwise, Is just the straw that broke the camel's back for him. He rationalizes everything terrible that happened in his life, (the deaths of his parents, the two Zeon wars of independence, the deaths of his lovers, his estrangement with his only remaining blood relative, his resentment of Amuro, a man who he would have otherwise considered his friend if events during the war had played out differently, who he outright regretted not being able to forgive, and the mental crippling of Kamille, the closest thing to a son for Char) As well as all the current societal issues, (Pollution, spacenoids being treated as second class citizens, the government's abuse of power, the ravaged economy and years of famine between wars caused by the colony drops, etc.) was all a result of the Earth Federation government's ineptitude and fear of losing power, whether caused directly or indirectly. And with the little resources Zeon had after two wars, blinded by cold desperation, grief, and anger, he believed that dropping Axis was the last solution he had available to him, the ONLY solution. Tl;dr, Char in CCA is what you get when outside forces push a dangerous man who wants to be good WAY beyond their breaking point.

I always felt that, by the end, Char was just DONE with life. He wanted to strike one more time against the cruel tide of fate, a universe that just seems content on making him suffer. That he was well past the point of caring how his story ends as long as it meant he SUCCEEDS. Char's Counterattack is more like Char's Suicide Note. Penned in the blood of others and almost the entireity of the Earth. Like I do not get the feeling that he was gonna stick around if he DID win and survive the battle, that he was gonna just 'disappear' (read: Likely move the Sazabi away from the battlefield, remove all tracking, and kill himself)

I mean, what outside forces? Everything is his fault! All the problems that happen in his life is because he is constantly running away from the most important stuff that he is involved. Lalah, Haman and Kamille all could've had ended differently if he had made better choices, but no, supporting unstable teenagers into war makes more sense I guess. Amuro even points that out about Kamille and Char is basically "Nah". Zeon could've become better at the time of Char's Deleted Affair, but he didn't want the responsibility of leadership. By the time of Zeta he is under a new name role-playing as a good guy, but never reached out to the sister he abandoned when she needed him most, left Axis to do whatever they want knowing full well it could end in another disastrous war, and completely uncaring for the feelings of others he is involved with. He wants to become a better person, but he is completely oblivious of his own flaws or how to make anything better for himself and others.

All of this you can infer without reading that manga, it's just that the contrast between Zeta and CCA was so big people thought they needed an explanation, in reality you only need to watch the 3 Gundam shows to understand why he felt like that, the same reason why a lot of people think he was right in the movie. The Universal Century continuity is people making the same mistakes and engaging into unnecessary conflict amongst political interests and leaders with their heads too far their own asses to even think that what they're doing is wrong. Char's tragedy is that he understood this, but he suffered so much, he regressed it and wanted revenge towards humanity, he wanted to take something from them just how humanity took so much from him.

Honestly, most of the endings in the main series by Tomino are good, even in otherwise questionable series like Victory or ZZ. Tomino has quite a mastery of the climax and I think that's part of what's given Gundam such fantastic staying power. 0080 is also one of my favorites in this regard from the OVAs. @@marcosdheleno That's definitely how I felt about Unicorn. What I really meant when I said that Tomino is a master of the climax is that - regardless of how questionable the series overall, say ZZ or Victory, by the climax, I was always engaged and focused, sometimes at the edge of my seat, and the ending always left some emotional resonance and something for me to think about. While I have serious misgivings about the ending to CCA, how do you feel that it undoes everything the UC stands for? Should Axis have continued bouldering towards the earthsphere and cratered humanity alongside the idealistic but hopeless Amuro and Char? Maybe it's worth a thought. Tomino was trying to say something here, but I'm not sure it was worth the space magic asspull. Especially with how Unicorn turned out with full space magic. The entire series up to that point was about the cyclical history of conflict, the exploitation of the earth and humanity's future in space, and the evolution of humanity, all of which was explored by the ending. So I'm not sure I see how it undoes UC full stop.

@@tedhodge4830 i feel like "suddenly magic" just didnt work, or was deserved. through out the UC we get more and more magic, but even in z, and zz, they have some sort of limit, in CCA and Unicorn(which i also agree was a massive asspull as well), it goes beyond being an exoteric almost mythical event, going all the way into godly powers. to me, they wrote themselves into a corner, that shouldnt be there, it turns into a bad version of 0083. to me, they should let the asteroid crash on earth, dunno if amuro and char should've died, maybe they should've kill each other, almost like a "they hated each other so much, that they forgot why they were there" similar to how it was in the original series. that would work perfectly to set the stage for victory(far better than crossbone and f91).

@@marcosdheleno I think you've completely misread the miracle of CCA. The Psycho frame in CCA was no more than the miracle which Zeta and ZZ pulled - namely it concentrated the pure and innocent thoughts of people and channeled it into the protagonist's MS to pull off a physics defying feat. In Zeta the spirit of the dead people close to Kamille froze Sirocco's The O in its place making the Kamille kamikaze attack possible, in ZZ the same thing happened which let the out of power ZZ able to fire off a far more powerful Mega Particle Canon shot than possible. In CCA, it wasn't the power of Amuro which pushed back axis - the Nu Gundam merely broadcast Amuro's wishes to the entirety of humankind, and in turn humanity responded to Amuro's warmth which then projected their collective wish to save Earth back to the Nu Gundam's Psychoframe, and then to push axis away. A tldr is Amuro basically pulled a Spirit Bomb from DBZ - it was never JUST Goku's power to make the Spirit Bomb, but ALL of humanities' power, Goku merely throws it, and in CCA Amuro was merely the vessel to turn humanities' wish into reality - exactly the same as what happened with Kamille and Juda in the last battle, in that specific instance they, as the Newtype protagonist, became a vessel to make the wishes of others a reality. The point of CCA is that of course that no matter how far removed humanity is from Earth, deep down they cannot deny they are part of the Earth's ecosystem so they can never hate it enough to destroy it, which is the beauty of the message and realisation of Amuro's core belief. Only Unicorn and Narrative did the ass pull by making the pilot single-handedly god like, CCA actually didn't do any of it, and that's what separates Tomino UC Gundam with the wannabe like UC and Narrative.

After rewatching Gundam 0079 and Zeta, Char's character in CCA isnt really farfetched. He always had insecurities he never truly overcame. His line to his sanity was a future where young newtypes would lead. After Kamille loses his mind, and the Earth Federation does not change, its no shock that Char chose this route. So Char regresses to become even more insecure and immature, as he basically takes his worst traits and amplifies it even when he had the choice to become the better man. And just like in real life, when you are lead by hate and a victim mindset, you will go back to blaming others and becoming the worst version of you. Char at the end, did not end up like his father. But rather, he ended up a Zabi. (And even a Scirocco as he manipulates young girls to do his bidding) And he goes back to blaming Amuro about Lalah's death and blaming him for not being a father figure to Quess. Which is absolutely petty compared to what hes doing to kill maybe billions on earth. Amuro is the opposite, as he grows to become mature and possibly the best version of him that he can become. Selfless and ready to give his life to save others. So when Char has his final talk with Amuro, it shows how low Char has fallen, that it even shocks Amuro who is way more mature than Char. Although I wished Char would have stepped up and truly became the Deikun he could have been, this outcome isnt surprising.

Like the world was on the right track. CCA's ending was good but, didn't really conclude anything. The spacenoids were still an abused underclass lorded over by the corrupt federation. One failing of the series in general is that the earth was simply too powerful. Once you have a group living outside the gravity well, you're at their mercy. Chars counterattack is the perfect ending to me all because both antagonist and protagonist have glaring ridiculous things about them that make it bittersweet whomever got to live happily ever after. White base crew dead ones and the female spy included, Hamon and Ral, they all deserve a happy ending Hands down one of the best japanese storytelling about humanity

Many people dislike the ending, Yes it was brutal. Killing main characters, leading the plot to ultimate defeat. For me, as much as I hate it, the end where they die summarise their pain and their loss. They didn't have perfect start , yet they created their rough road out of nothing and leaving behimd so much legacy. Mars independence, members finally working jobs that don't include danger( we'll except Ryde, but he is bad ass after all)

Pretty much rounded up what i couldn't get myself to figure out on why i love CCA's ending :) Definitely need to see CCA again after this. I loved how Char wasn't a one sided cold antagonist and felt pretty grounded by being up in the clouds himself with his goal. I love the Amuro perspective brought by the video now too. Maybe i really do gravitate towards Gundam's more grounded or heartwarming endings. I'd list my favourite endings off the top of my head to be 0079's, IBO's, where i hope that the overhype do die down in years to come, SEED Destiny's specifically only Shinn's arc, and maybe 8th MS Team with basically choosing to move on instead. In retrospect, most Gundam endings does deal with having clarity and moving on

I first read about Gundam Char's counter Attack in 1989 in an Animag back issue I had gotten in High School . In early 1992 I bought a bootleg copy of the movie at a comic book shop !!! I watched that movie every chance I got. It was really awesome !!! It's still one of my all time favorite Gundam movies. I wish they would do an ova or a movie version of the original story from the Novel and Manga Story : Beltochika's Children !!! I felt that Belotichika's Children fit the continuation of the Universal Century storyline better !! I wish they would do an OVA of the Char's Deleted Affair Manga , that would be really awesome to see too !!!

in regards to IBO's ending, there is a singular moment I could point to that I think people latch onto. I mean aside from the whole "watching our two main protagonist pilots on their last breath" Iok. Getting to see that bastard crushed after so long was catharsis for many people, and the fact that there's a video soley dedicated to his death that is labeled an instant dopamine hit or something similar, says a lot about how that moment stuck out. Aside from that I haven't watched IBO to make a judgement. Sorry for kinda just... seeing the mickey eyes thing in the first 30 seconds of the vid and deciding to make a comment about it. I haven't seen the series, but I know how good it feels to watch someone get crushed that you hated.

i dont think this is even a question, war in the pocket. its realistic, tragic, and achieves everything the series set up to do in the perfect way. CCA's ending doesnt work because it literaly makes uses of a deus ex machina to solve the issue with bullshit. its a nice imagery, but it breaks its own logic and just fart the solution with a "and then they magic". its the same problem i have with unicorn ending. which just diminish the entire premisse of the UC. similarly, while i love gundam seed, and its my personal favorite series, i do have to agree that it would've been a stronger finish with a more tragic ending.

My fav endings were probably Zeta & G. Zeta since its a perfect "in war, no one wins" ending and feels appropriately tragic. G is the opposite but having all the earth and colonies unite to stop a common foe with Domon having to win by confessing his feelings is a perfect bow tie to the series

IBO overall was about Tekkadan’s rise and fall how even a group of forgotten orphans can change the world for the better.

Two things I feel that's been glossed over is the fact that he is forcing all humanity to migrate to space in hopes of making all humans become Newtypes and Char fulfilling his father's philosophy of Contolism and Sideism. He's not testing humanity but forcing an evolution because it's believed Newtypes are born from people living in space. That's the reason why Amuro is saying how he can wait for humanity to learn and grow, eventually understanding each other and without having to force an evolution. This also aligns with his father's original philosophy of having humanity migrate to space and leave Earth. Zabi took advantage of the philosophy but twisted it by saying the spacenoids are superior and OYW started. Char went in to kill off the Zabi family in part for revenge, but it was also to cleanse the twisted ideology that was different from his father's. In Zeta he joined AEUG to protect the oppression of the Titans while taking a backseat just to fight and not use his family name in concern of starting another war. However that changed with the Dakar speech, where he reiterates his father's philosophy. But then Axis came into the playing field and Haman used Mineva to show how she will continue to lead the Zeon Principality. Needing Axis's resource in fighting Titans, AEUG and Axis teamed up temporarily only to be betrayed as Axis wanted to continue the OYW. After experiencing all the bloodshed, betrayal, and deaths of friends and lovers, he realized the only way to further his father's agenda, transforming all humans to Newtypes and not let anyone leading spacenoids astray, he pushed his plan to force all humans from Earth, leading to the events of CCA.

I think 0080 is probably the perfect ending for a UC series, through its bitterness we can appreciate the sacrifice Bernie was willing to make, it also can help change how you see conflict in Gundam as a whole. A standard almost filler like episode of the OG series is on the same level of what is going on in 0080's finale, but because we have become so involved with the people taking part it carries a lot more weight, however removed of all that you just see another Zaku getting taken out after a bit of struggle. When one of Al's friends says "I wonder when the next war will be." it is a shot at the standard viewer mentality at looking forward to another episode where more people may be killed, people like Bernie whose stories we'll never know because they are just fodder for our heroes. Best ending overall is Mobile Fighter G Gundam, and anyone who says otherwise is objectively wrong.

Anyone who pays close attention to the film, knows that Amuro and Char are not dead, at least in the film universe. Those who paid close enough attention, shortly after when Bright ask where Amuro is at you see one last gas trail leaving Axis, long after the rest of the suits were swept aside. It's why Amuro and Char are considered MIA not KIA in Unicorn. The novelization do confirm they're dead but the TV/Film adaptations they're not technically dead, and there is kind of proof that proves they're not exactly dead. This is actually whyIi think the animated version of Full Frontal is Char but his personality was split, with part of him actually died. Meanwhile I think Amuro like after the OYW is likely doing a Shiro and found a quiet corner of the world to retire away from all the BS.

Yeah the ending is great, just the buildup is terrible- if I show my friends mainline UC, I gotta go on a whole speech ahead of showing this movie, it honestly just because of the damn company greed that stunted CCA, I mean we can clearly see the 'original' script or the closest thing we had to that in Beltorchica's Children Speaking of the ending though and looking at the Main UC as a whole overarching story, you can see ALOT of interesting patterns, and you can really group it into big arc that roughly shapes out to be around every 3 years which can be the basis of a really strong remake of mainline UC and the story of Zeon Personally, I see Origin as an outlier though its events could be thought out as happening in bunches where years pass with nothing happening untill things start happening again Which then leads up to 0079-0081 that centers around the OYW and it's after effects, the federation waits recovering, Zeon is regrouping, Char is exploring life after Zabi Revenge and having nothing to live for, Amuro and Sayla grow their relationship as the white base crew settles downs Then it's 0082-0084 where the various forces, people, and powers start taking action instead of just reacting to and rebuilding from the effects of the OYW, the federation forms the Titans to take active action, Zeon remnants initiate the stardust rebellion and others try to initiate similar action on Axis, Amuro and Sayla are put under strain from a newly invasive, fearful and thus oppressive federation, ending their relationship with similar events happening to the white base crew, separating the once closely connected family, Char finds love and purpose on Axis, only to lose it and abandon Axis for newly convicted idealistic ideals, thus an era of two stories play out which then leads to 0085-0087 which deals with the actions a reaction is all starting to collide, take form, and turn into big events, the federation looses power to the Titans, and then Zeta happens, Zeon under a heartbroken Haman returns to the chaos of the earth sphere in force, Amuro faces and rediscovers himself and what he can do for the for the world, reconnecting much of the white base crew, and Char continuing on his idealistic path is completely broken by the time everything falls apart Which then leads to 0088-0090, the conflicts from the previous time period evolve as forces join together and break apart, the federation and AEUG essentially make peace/join forces to defeat Zeon, Zeon breaks into factionalism and is ultimately dispersed but not defeated, Amuro grows in confidence and the crew returns to much it's former glory (here's where my big change comes into the story, Sayla comes back) and Sayla returns to his life as they gradually fall in love once again, Char then cannot accept the compromises that the AEUG is making to achieve peace, and he runs away clinging to his broken ideals, living a simpler life where he meets new people's fatefully, thus a differently framed ZZ would play out 0091-0093, forces regroup and reintegrate as momentum builds under the surface, erupting into a massive conflict which seemingly came from nowhere, the Federation reins in the power, control and freedom of the AEUG, tuning it into Londo Bell- a version of the Titans that were firmly kept under a tight leash, Zeon regroups onder the banner of Char Aznable, ready to make one last effort for Spacenoid independence, Amuro grows into a family man and with the rest of the AEUG, they turn into the Adults of the world as they settle down and become far less rebellious and active, Char on the other hand is spurred on by fateful meetings, he begins to hatch a plot to force his broken ideals onto others, and thus a slightly different CCA would begin 0094-0096, what is left of the past baggage and people whom cannot move on come together in a final collision, a final end for Zeon, the federation let's go of it's baggage, Zeon as a organization I finally defeated, and the main characters go on to resolve Zeon activity, succeeding largely by 0099, and possibly ending with a epilogue in 0100, ending the story of Zeon, and the personal effects Char and Amuro left behind

That clip is from a videogame - Char is floating in space in the wreckage of a Hyaku Shiki after the Zeta TV series which originally aired, and neither ZZ nor CCA ever made mention of Char knowing anything about Kamille's fate. It also makes no sense when you consider that the rest of the crew of the Argama did witness what happened to Kamille, and over the course of ZZ, Kamille is able to run on the beach happily with Fa, and if anything this affected Fa and Judau the most. The videogame you're quoting was made years later. If what happened to Char between the speech at Dakar and his characterization in CCA makes any sense, I don't think it has to do with Kamille. While Quattro takes on the role of mentoring Kamille, he does a good job of remaining impartial and emotionally distant throughout the series with the sole exception of when he sees Mineva Zabi being used as a figurehead by Haman. That's the only time I recall him genuinely breaking his cool and breaking character. I also don't even think he saw anything that happened in the First Neo Zeon War, he was completely omitted from ZZ. His characterization in CCA IMHO really doesn't fit in with his Quattro or MSG iterations TBH.

To be honest, Gundam 0080, 0080 and 08th MS Team (real ending 11th episode) all have great endings, and among my favorites. Plus no Newtype nonsense to make the endings feel weird. I'm personally torn between 0080 and 0083's endings honestly. I love the dark ending of 0083, but 0080 really is a tear jerker. 08th MS Team if you ignore the 12th episode which was added post production, ie the 11th Episode which is the OVA's real climatic ending episode, it not only has a great climax just before the ending, but really pulls the a fast trick on the viewers for a while, and I like that as well.

i hated the nonsensical triangle they pulled out of their ass at last minute to get more drama in 0083, no joke, that thing dropped the enjoyability of the series alot for me. which sucks because i do agree its one of the best gundam stories up to, and after this plot point.
@Alte.Kameraden
@Alte.Kameraden Жыл бұрын
@@marcosdheleno To be honest, they kind of hinted at it a few times. Nina seemed to know the name Gato in episode 1/2 can not remember which. Also on Von Braun Nina was definitely suffering some emotional terminal, burying her emotions into her work and her friend openly told her she needs to get over her last relationship, and they never actually state who that was. 0083 seemed to have a number of plot threads that were unfinished, but to be frank I'd rather them say "NOTHING" than throw a bunch of monologue and flashbacks into the show trying to explain things that the viewer has no business knowing. Letting us see events in real time with little interruption so we are genuinely surprised is a better approach even if they never explain everything. We wouldn't have a time machine of a Futurama Professor style Mind reading hat to see the past. To sum it up, if you take the few threads that were given the story of Nine Dating Gato during his time on Von Braun is believable, and not just shoe horned in. It explains why she shuts people out of her personal life and buries herself into her work, knowing she let someone get close to her and he betrayed her. Similar to Al from 0080 she also likely couldn't tell anyone it happened as well, as she'd risk losing her job so no one but her would know. Yet she can not forget about him, even with Kao as a distraction. I'd say in short. People who complain about it, without looking at the broader show are in short petty. Want everything handed to them and spoon fed. Don't like having mystery/unfinished plots in their stories. The same kind of people who forced episode 12 of Gundam 08th MS Team on us despite the 11th being a beautiful ending to the OVA already because 08th MS Team people wanted a more conclusive ending. Onegai Teacher suffered the same fate as well tragically having a beautiful ending episode only to get ruined by another episode that came out later.

I thought 00 had a really solid ending and then I watched the sequel movie and that ruins what 00 was building up to. IBO is good but season 2 is missing a lot of context, because age of calamity weapons play such an important in the opening act of season 2, but they only ever talk about it in passing. If Sunrise goes back and gives us an ova about age of calamity this argument becomes bunk. Wing taken as a whole is pretty solid as well. Episode 0 expands on everyone's back story, the true nature of operation meteor, how the scientists wrestled control of the Gundam away from the Bartons, prevented a colony drop scenario and endless waltz further proves how the only way humanity will truly have peace is of humanity loses all taste for war.
