Mother's Day Pudding Cake
French vanilla cake mix
Big box chocolate instant pudding
Cool Whip Extra Creamy
Spray 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray. Mix cake according to box directions. Bake according to package directions. Stick cake with toothpick to check for doneness. Toothpick will come out clean when done. Cool completely. Mix pudding according to box directions. I used 2 3/4 cup milk. Poke cake with handle of wooden spoon about 1 inch intervals. Pour pudding over cake making sure to get in to holes. Refrigerate until pudding sets. Frost with Cool Whip, and decorate with artificial flowers.
