(Not using this specific pigment powder but another) Ive tried it on a buffed surface as well as over matte TC, but when I go to do the final top coat it dulls the white out to where you can barely see it, the brush won’t have white pigment on it, so it’s not like it’s dragging it off I don’t think…. The pigment just somehow disappears into the topcoat?🤨😭 idk. Know this is an old video but would love if anyone knew how to troubleshoot this ❤

Hi, Simone, does this work with other Additions ? For example Nicole? Or the neon pigment?

You can defo use the neon pigments to do this - I don’t think Corah would work as it’s not as fine as pigments x
