I mean, tbf, Lucian players tend to be the most fragile ego players ever, amongst Vayne top players. Nami, despite that champ generally having toxic people play her, WAS AND IS one of the most mentally strong players I have seen out of a support. And wasn’t toxic either. Sure, I main Jhin as the ADC role, but Jhin’s a champ that REQUIRES strong mental. And most supports don’t realize how strong Jhin is, early on and that you want to play aggro. I’ve had Janna’s roam and cost the lead because of it. As has I Keep It Taco. A Janna that stays with the fed AD, like Jhin, can snowball a lead SO hard. It becomes volatile.

What exactly was your build strat for this game, Mike? You did good on your own but the build seems a little suboptimal if it's not strictly accommodating your playstyle or countering the enemy team. It doesn't synergize as well with the kit as other items that you could buy. You might be bald but we still can't see your thoughts so that's why I'm wondering what's going on in that cranium. I would say illaoi is a pretty high skill expression champ. Need good positioning, tentacle placement, land a skillshot, etc. etc. and her gameplay is weird enough where her general gameplay does not transfer amazingly well to other champs. She takes time to get decent with.

​@@tygonmaster exactly this. Illaoi takes so much setup to get a favorable trade and gets kited so hard when she ults. She's got plenty of rough matchups top and it's at the point where I've moved away from one tricking her. Until you get boots and/or first item, laninh can be downright awful against a good Kayle, Darius, Olaf, Vayne, etc
