I wouldn't hate the Chempunk Chainsword if it did something besides Heal Cut. I've been of the opinion for a while that it should have the shred passive from Black Cleaver with the Heal Cut, then it would be in the same boat as Mortal Reminder as an armor pen item and you put it in the "Fatality" category with Syrelda's, Lord Dominik's, Mortal Remidner, and Black Cleaver. Simple solve, build path is Phage + Executioner's + Kindlegem. "Carve: Dealing Physical Damage to enemy champions inflict Grievous Wounds for 3 seconds and applies a stack of Shred, reducing their armor by 4% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 5 times." It's less armor pen, but you still get the Grievous Wounds and the movement speed from Phage passive. Then it's a choice you have to make between a strictly better armor pen item and an item that makes sense in a high-healing game without giving up core stats or build-defining passives.

I like to get to lane early put up a couple tentacles with illaoi and start with my 2. Then bait them to fight me early. 8/10 time with ignite I get the first kill
