U fry anything with breadcrumbs it ruins the oil. 😢 The recipe is great.

The reason I'm concerned about is that's it's said the oil turns carcinogenic and it's not advised to reuse oil.. So have been avoiding deep fry recipes 😳 though I know to get the crispiest result it's best to deep fry.. Looking for a way to preserve the oil

​@@hyacinthdsouza2637cooking anything bread crumb related isn't an issue. Just use a sieve and remove the breadcrumbs. Then re-use the same oil for everyday things. Like frying an egg.. shallow frying a burger.. for whatever until the oil is finished
