This recipe is so delicious! I love pumpkin anything, and this cheesecake is no exception. The only change I'd make would be to omit the sugar in the crust and add a bit more spices instead - maybe nutmeg or cinnamon. Wonderful recipe, thanks for sharing!

I know the butter wrapper in this video is wax paper....BUT a lot of butter wrappers are foil and should never be put in the microwave. Concerned there wasn't a mention of this! I am confident most know not to put foil in the microwave but I'm still worried!
