Not only is he a chef, but he is also an engineer as well. Nature friendly as well. No trees were harmed during this smoker "build". Guessing they don't have wildcats where you are cooking? Damn, nice touch with the sticks of butter and fresh lemon juice. The cheesy potato rounds just kicked this up a notch, holy crap. Awesome.

So I just want to say that I got one of these knives similar to this as a present for Christmas and I just used it today cutting up onions, carrots, garlic, etc. for my beef stew. Turns out they go threw fingers pretty easy.
