Been playing exiles since launch, so far one of the best actual Guides for the game I've seen. LOT of people gloss over the smaller things.

I am currently 33 minutes in and you notice the slower dodgerolling; this is also based on your current weightlevel, under 50% weight, it is a quick roll, at 51% - 75% it is a bit slower and 76% - 90% it is, well what you are rolling like there and 91% - 100% it is like Dark Souls overweight slow roll where you question your life choices and get a hammer in the face. :P Also; I am not 100% sure about this because I either never noticed it, but I think they added this along with the latest big update, I cannot remember rolling like a slug before.

Because of pure curiosity, I decided to restart my Siptah adventures. I also decided to watch this video first just to see how differently you did it. I'm now going to watch it again to make sure I wasn't seeing things. The way you did what you did was amazing. Excellent alternative to playing a morr conventional way ❤

My favorite spot is west of the Leyshrine of the Demon. Large, relatively flat spot just west of the mountains, especially since they nerfed the grey ones. Tons of iron, coal, got the vault just south for black ice, brimstone, silverstone (and the vault). Pretty much got everything you need

Lol I was just sliding through the timecodes ... "Jailer and OP armor"... my experience with siptah as well. That was the point when I quit, never to return until the loot pools are somewhat fixed.

Perfect start is go to the lemurian base and caught the lemurian spear in the campfire in the first 5 minuts of the game, after kill the jailor in the base near of elephants, + - other 5 minuts. Next go to learn the eldarium tools in G-11, kill the minibosses in I-4, G-4, G-5 that drop scraps for eldarium and create the pickaxe. Besides this minibosses drop eldarium tools and legendary weapons (axes with 71 damage)

I have a base on top of that plateau you climbed to escape the Jailer lol I farm that area for thralls. Good build location

Funcom didn't just mess up exiles land they mess up Siptah too. Even if you found the jailer there and free whoever inside the cages, you wouldn't get a thrall for "free". and that is the part that funcom changed in Siptah, they probably changes more things I have not had a chance to see yet.. After freeing whoever in the cage you gonna have to knock him/her out and do the whole thrall making process. and that really made me upset with funcom. They always touching things that don't need improving or fixing.

That and the camera that goes top down and low FOV when locked on, hate it and haven't played since an hour after the update. Enjoyed the game when it was 3rd person up close in lock on.

@@mikewade777 I never use the locked on target. if that doing something weird, it didn't did before. or If it is something in the free camera I don't think I will see it, probably because I have a mod that modifing the camera. for game camera mods , I am using Greater Camera Distance by Kharzette, But there is another camera mod that might help you with your problem. Clean Camera Movement and FOV Stabilizer (by Zenethian).

@@wickedcircle Should have clarified 'on console', so unlike Skyrim there's no dynamic camera mod or any mods for that matter. Being console also means controller so lock on helps maintain realistic movement, but when locked on you can't pan out, so you stare at your feet almost vertical when fighting knee high enemy. Fighting a croc with such a low vertical FOV is akin to looking down on someone spinning on a broom to get dizzy, whilst the croc either crab walks or targets like a laser. I prefer a shoulder height cam and the horizon in view at all times when fighting, the way it used to be. Update has completely ruined the game for me, once again Funcom screwed the console gamers. I desided to avoid updating Gpass for a Conan Siptah Christmas... But instead playing The Witcher 3

@@mikewade777 Yeah that can be really annoying and game breaking. But I would add that is something Funcom do every update. lol They sometimes add something and mess up something else they also tend to change things that don't need any tempering. If you can't add mods to console version, I would say that Conan Exiles is a very bad game for consoles. Modders usually end up fixing what Funcom breaking in their game.

Funcom is lucky they screwed up so badly during the holiday season. I have just the right amount of cheer to keep the game installed and wait for them to fix everything they broke. If they pulled this crap during my normal grumpy months, then Funcom would've gotten a very naughty list response from me and an immediate uninstall. 😈

Happy Christmas and awesome video Anna! I switched to my own rented server because I lost a secondary base I built on Isle of Siptah official server. I spent 5 days non stop collecting mats for it!, however this was due to me not attending the base within a week period of time. So once I returned to the base location everything was all gone!

Would love to play on single player on both Exiled Lands and Siptah. All these years later are we still only able to have one single-player save?

You can play siptah and exiled lands simultaneously, that's been the case since siptah released. There are also ways to back up other saves I believe, though I've never done it myself. Thanks for watching 🙌

The 5 chests in the sorcerers cave on siptah is the same at exiles and has great starter iron tools and weapons and sometimes higher tiers an easy to get. Why would you not grab them for the minimal corruption recieved, it gives you such a leg up in the game

As a Grammar Nazi, I deem you to have been leniently treated--that's the trouble with the world today, Poor Use of Punctuation is now punished by mere enslavement and banishment. We rightly took that sort of thing _much_ more seriously in _my_ day, I can assure you! But "Combo Skipping," now, that puzzles me. I can't seem to make it out. Something to do with hopscotch, perhaps?

Incorrect on how you get to Siptah. The story is you do the run of Exiled Lands getting the bracelet removed and then that allows you to go to Siptah. Not sure how you ended up on a crashed ship but that is part of the character transfer back in the day. You would beat exiled lands and be transported to Siptah. It has nothing to do with being on the way to the Exiled lands.

I couldn't tell you that. Dev oversight maybe ore keeping the ability to remove the bracelet to respawn maybe? That is what happened when you beat the Exiled lands.
