yes all jailors now drop armour, a little OP considering how strong the armour is.

Highest I've gotten on a horse so far is around 23K at level 20. Fed him on vines and bark and just rode around did my questing and adventruing normally.

I can see a problem with that method. Your used tea bag will be saturated with sugary liquid and will attract vermin quickly. Milk and sugar should only be added after removing the tea bag. This new method would allow you to use the tea bag for any guests that prefer weaker tea. Hence your supply of tea bags will last longer.
