Am I the only one that is enjoying DEV 6, back to the beginning , just being just Corey and Donnie?

Tough season Corey! Makes us regular folks feel better when even elk hunting legends have off years
@frankieg958510 ай бұрын
I like how your content paints a picture of the realities of hunting. A sport of seconds and inches and dealing with outside forces (people pressure, ATVs/motorcycles accessing non-motorized roads, weather, etc.). Keep DE6 coming! :)

Tough season but don't forget what you have taught the rest of us. Never ever give up it may happen on the last day of the last second of shooting light. I hope to be packing a New Jacobson bugle tube this September. I love it when Cory drops his backpack. Normally it means something is about to die.

Man that is a hard way to end the hunt with only getting into them the last day. Missing is never a fun thing but if its any consolation we have all been there. The steep up and down hill is a hard shot at the best of time. Can't wait till the next one, I like waiting in-between episodes it gives a guy something to look forward too. 🙂🙂

A gruelling hunt with highs and lows. I can appreciate how hard you worked that week to leave everything you had out there in the woods to try get it done. Must have been mentally and emotionally physically exhausting ! I can relate as I’ve been there a few times before myself. Thanks for bringing us these great episodes ! Love absolutely everything about them (even Donnie’s jokes)

Great point about one of the basics of archery... judging distances instead of relying on a rangefinder all the time... technology can help but it can also fail us... or not be ready or accessible.

So close gentlemen! I’ve experienced the tough 6 day hunts with 70 miles on the boots. Including the wet, rain/snow mix is tough to maneuver and get in close. Take the close calls and opportunities and learn from them; that’s what we do. Great job on keeping after it and always having a great attitude!
