The Perfect Vanilla Perfume?|Vanilla Vice|Mod Vanilla|Whiff of Waffle Cone|Are They The Same Thing?|

Vanilla perfumes are all the rage. Being a non-vanilla lover being in search of the perfect vanilla, I had to compare these perfumes. I definitely have some thoughts!

I laughed so hard when you talked about Whiff of Waffle Cone. I bought it a few years back also and it smelled like celery juice and burning tires to me. There was nothing sweet in my bottle. I threw the full bottle in the trash. I didn't even feel comfortable giving it away, lol. You are the only person who I've seen be honest about that fragrance. That's why I really enjoy your content. Continue to tell the truth and shame the devil...lol

OMG I have Mod Vanilla in the travel size and the sprayer is straight up TRASH. Literally a single stream. The scent is to die for though. It's a gorgeous day in Metro Detroit!! Greetings to all the Michigan people.

@@vaniamickelle layer it with Al Rehab Golden Sand. There are some similarities and Golden Sand lasts ALL DAY. Also the Arabic perfume store makes a spray perfume of Golden Sand. It's in their men's menu..

Great video. Vanilla sounds like something I’d like. I haven’t smelled any Imaginary Authors but after hearing some reviews I decided they probably weren’t something I’d blind buy. They sounds so good on paper but that don’t always translate well lol. Thanks and have a wonderful day. 😊

Yes in theory it seems like something good. And it wasn’t this bad in the beginning, but the longer it has sat, it has gotten worse

Yes and no. It’s not overly sweet and cloying so I plan on wearing it in the spring and summer here. However, that slight smokiness you get in the dry down could be bothersome down in that Texas heat.

New to channel and appreciate your comparisons, and positivity and humor! Just received my Vanilla Vice last night, and was saddened to find its not at all like the advertising image of vanilla ice cream! I got a very mature, oriental scent. The dry down gave me a very faint sweet scent. Cannot say it was vanilla though. I think the saffron note takes a lot of the forefront power! Lasts for hours, that is a plus! I am sending my trial back because I am a gourmand girl, and this was a spicy mature scent, not an ice cream vibe! Not terrible, just not the vanilla I need!

Thank you, I appreciate it! 🥰 and I agree. In my initial review of vanilla vice I said I felt like the marketing and the scent itself were misaligned and somewhat misleading! I happen to like vanilla vice but I definitely don’t think it’s an ice cream scent!

The mod vanilla inspired by DUA called Dark Plum Vanille has great performance and smells so good. Lasts so well compared to OG
