Just tried it and it was amazing 🤤 didn't have garlic powder for some reason so I kinda burned some crushed garlic in the oven, grinded with salt and black pepper and put in the oven again to completely dry, then put it all over the bone marrow with a drizzle of lemon juice, was a little salty for my roommate but next time I'll use garlic powder

Yes it stores very well and you can use it as butter in sauces. Just scrape it into a container and put in your fridge.
