Loved the video and it was really informative. I looked at the workout sheets but it doesn’t say what RPE to go to and I wasn’t sure on that.

You should be going to about an 8-10 RPE for each working set

Your body will eventually use up that muscle mass as a fuel for energy, causing a decrease in muscle mass!

For weight loss: Low, anywhere from 0-60 seconds. Muscle Gain: Anywhere from 1-3 min Strength Gain: 3+ Min

So I’m a 16 year old student I do hybrid training I run in the morning Then gym at night And my diet is around 800-1000 calories a day Been doing strength a while now but still haven’t seen any gains

yeah biggest thing here would just be your calorie intake, especially since you do some cardio training. try getting in more calories and see if that helps you.
